    The Troggoth Hag is definitely a piece I believe every Troggoth army needs. It's amazing as a model and amazing on the table. I rarely do such detailed eyes and faces but when working on a model that is the centrepiece of your army you want to spend some extra time just to make it special. Whatever he lacks in actual tabletop effectiveness, Good Ol' Slambo makes up for in nostalgia... It's a great little model, and nice and quick to paint. I went with bone-coloured armour, partly so he wouldn't be associated with any one single patron god, but also because it would really show up the blood spatter. Slambo!

So last night I was messing around with the Banshees from the Mortis Engine kit, trying to figure out the best way to stick them on a regular base when I looked at some of the other bits I wasn't going to use from that model. 2017 Painters challenge Deadline 2

So Deadline 1 had me painting Nurglich (Epidermis) and 10 plague censers.  Model count 11  Deadline 2 currently consists of 20 plague monks (140pts) I know, but I am getting there slowly, I think this round may have to just block, dip and highlight. Weekly Hobby Update : 6-14-17
