Guessing it's a catch-all term for the Slayer Heroes and Lords (Daemonslayer, Dragonslayer, etc), whereas Slayers refers to the unit. I wholeheartedly agree on disliking GW's insistence on making factions worse rather than making them feel...... like a living faction. It's why I'm nervous about 4e, Stormcast, and COS. This could honestly be it's own thread bc "morally grey" in Warhammer tends to lose the plot for the sake of ~grimdark~ and often feels more like a teenager's idea of mature. Likewise there won't be rules for Arkhan, if anything just a note to run him as a high lich priest on foot, or maybe as a high priest on bone draggon if you've modeled him on his old flying four horse chariot. Not entirely true, the horus heresy has plenty of rules for unreleased minis, less so these days but it still happens. I'm guessing it'll be what units were in the Legion of Azgorh list, since I believe they mentioned if a unit had 8th Edition rules it would probably get rules in some form.
