We need a Gal named Maleneth Witchblade and a Guy named Bael-Grimnir(Fyreslayer leader whose been a constant power but only gotten White Dwarf rules, he needs a model for their next big update).

On a similar note I am very appreciative AoS3 has done so much for AoS1. As a big fan of the Realmgate Wars the big hero releases like the Lady of Vines and King Brodd from that era along with so many of the new battletomes and novels referencing the heroes, places and events from back then (even the lesser known stuff like Jactos Goldenmane from 2015 “Warstorm” being the first Stormcast to battle Khul is in their newest Tome) and even building on it is just so cool and great to see how they’re continuing to flesh out the ongoing narrative while keeping a firm grasp on where it began.

I think this Sunday they will announce LRL and DOT for Pre Order on the 11th release on the 18th.

Sons and Mawtribes are hard to predict but maybe late October for Sons and late December for Mawtribes or vice a versa. With STD in the new year.

We don't have enough material and we know that December is StD, Battleforces, Necromunda and Blood Bowl almanacs month so we must expect another preview for the month and a half before December's hell.

Adeptus Titanicus/Aeronautica/Necromunda season book

Not too far as these things go then! Wonder what they will announce.

I assume:

- A Warcry box (as aren't they quarterly now?) seems fairly likely

- A new UW Warband perhaps, or another box idk how many standalones they release for that before a new box.

- For AoS, perhaps More stuff for the Ogres, as I assume Brodd is the only thing Behemat is getting and hopefully they will at least replace resin kits, though knowing GW they might just leave it at the Hunter. Also the cover reveals for Ogres and SoB I think is inevitable. Maybe a bit more STD as there might be more for that, Chaos Warriors and Knight kits would be my guess. That's probably all and I doubt they will do any reveals for next years stuff until December.

Think those are fairly safe bets, outside the outlandish idea that GW will update Ogre resin kits in the next release! Other than that I hope that Titanicus gets a big reveal, but not too confident on that one, pure hopium.

I know Valrek had a rumor about the return of Epic but for 30K using the titanicus models as a base. So of his sources have been really on point (like the Horus ascended model)

Missed this post, duardin wizards are canon to AoS(technically Kharadron are already that but they’ll argue to hell and back magic is just misunderstood science, a battlemage even argues with an Aetheric-Navigator in Arkanaut’s Oath that they’re the same) as in the Corebook it confirms the Aethermancers that go to stop the Lord-Griffon god-beast from contorting the continents further in the Spiral Crux are Duardins with some other human mages in support.

The Votann priests would be great callbacks to them(and hopefully a preview of new ideas for Cities)

Sadly the only aelf using a gun so far was in “Red Hours” by a Lion Ranger using her wounded freeguild comrade’s firearm but there’s certainly plenty of Soulbound players making gun aelves for the Ironweld, Greywater and Anvilgard Resistance.

The commission art for them you can find is always rad(Soulbound fan art in general really  )

Yeah, it’s super likely it’s just Bloodpelt Hunter + Battletome for now.

Best hope is Bloodpelt is pointing to the Warcry “Bloodhunt” expansion for Ogor back-up in the Gnarlwoods via new Man-Eaters Warband.(the Hunter’s trailer is very mercenary feeling afterall, could be how he got that nice equipment despite the Everwinter on his heels)

I swear I've read another story with an aelf with a gun! OK, this might be wrong but "Galene of Ulgu" by Timandra Whitecastle, I swear I remember a short story with a witch aelf having to use a gun and ending the short story with her essentially going "Huh, very killy, I'll keep this".

Can we get back to the rumours please? The preview was good but there are some gaps around Ogors and Sons with some items missing from the online store. Has anybody heard anything?

I really liked the preview, but my thoughts can't help but drift towards more scaly things... We know the next warcry box is coming and most likely containing Seraphon, but can anyone make an educated guess on when it's coming? We have a lot coming, but is there any chance it releases before Christmas?

So assuming the quarterly box schedule like Kill Team got then I would guess the next Warcry box is due in mid-late November.

Yup. I’d say any preview now will be focused on showing off Warcry and Kill Team. I’m also half expect more of a push on these systems due to the time of year (Christmas) and people seem to like the idea of smaller games at moment (that’s my impression).

November - Next warcry box. Next killteam box.  New Underworlds season. Maybe next season of war. 40k imperial guard.

December - more imperial guard. Slaves to Darkness box. 

January - more slaves to Darkness, World eaters

February -  More world Eaters. Warcry box 3. 

March onwards -  who knows.

It is, they’ve done a great job. I actually really like this sculpt, which is never something I thought I’d say about any of the ogors/ogres. They have always looked so squat and static and cartoonish to me. This guy looks taller (even if he actually isn’t) and faster and appears more like a mountain of flesh and muscle than the previous style, which never looked remotely frightening (or like the ogors could do any more than shuffle at all) IMO.

This guy emerges from the treeline, shouldering snow and branches, small eyes blinking between those makeshift antlers, I’d want to run a mile, and for the first time I’d worry this particular ogor might catch me.

(If he didn’t pin me to the tree on one of those spear-sized arrows first.)

Yeah I think this is one of the confusing things as it basically means anything for Winter is in 2023. So I have a feeling the slaves set is next year with Ogors and Sons from October to the end of the year. Same for 40K as well, which is mildly annoying if 10th is a reset!
