According to the French WD http://www.warhammer-forum.com/index.php?/topic/231038-calendrier-des-sorties-aos/&page=157 it's indeed one kit with a printed realm of battle board + Azyrite ruin, and one independent Azyrite ruin (like the Ryza Pattern are both in Moon Base Klasisu and separately available).
