Ive always thought about using Brutes while leaving the torso armor off and put on 32mm bases would be cool. @NeoA I agree on the models. Compared to the new design they just dont look good imo. Im hoping GW doesnt go down that design route and stays with the new look of Ironjawz.

I have a feeling this will be the available GoS model. The soul wars one is great but like 60% of all pics ive seen of it the sword arm obviously broke off and owner had to fix it. GW has got to be aware of this, right? Also this one has both build options so it just makes sense that this will become the available product. Time Will tell.

@sarahmarr90 or anyone else interested. Prime black Base coat Vallejo Model Color "chocolate". I use a airbrush. V.M.C. Bronze. I airbrush two thin coats. Wash of G.W. Seraphin Sepia Second wash with Seraphin Sepia but this this time i keep it more in the recesses and stipple a little bit here and there across the large flat surfaces. Wash of G.W. Agrax Earthshade. Again only keeping it in recesses with just a bit of stipple here and there across flat surfaces. Wash of G.W. Biel-tan green. ONLY a little here and there to add weathering to the bronze. More of a stipple in key areas really. Light drybrush of V.M.C. Bronze on edges to make it pop and catch light again. Hope this helps. If ya need more help, feel free to ask or send w.i.p. pics. Watcha using the scheme on?

I truly hope they stay elite and do not go horde. Ive kinda viewed them as Grand alliance Destros version of Stormcast or Uruk Hai from lotr. Id just like some more unit options like scouts (in one book Gordrak sends out scouting parties) and war machines.

Maybe some kind of wholly within aura buff/reroll for charges on KoS models would be helpful and not too op...

I always thought a big block of Gitmob archers and a shaman could provide great support for the Jawz. Never tried it though.

@Aelfric Maybe you could use wire modeling mesh and create some nets.

Seeing the most recent endless spell additions makes the Nighthaunt ones just seem kind of worthless.... poor little spooks...

@Arael Good shtuffz! Thats my fav orc model of all time as far as anatomy goes. In my opinion, they just nailed it.

As soon as i saw the new rockguts i thought about a Sylvaneth counts as with rockguts as kurnoth. They would be "forrest" troggs with branches and such. Thought it would be a fun and visually impressive project.

@Skabnoze Oh I'd be happy with anything that improved upon Jawz as well. Even if just new rules, spell lore, endless (shelf) spells 😄, krusha mount traits, etc. But Ironjawz have nowhere near the amount of options available to them that Rats do... Just my 2 cents but keep our green bare azzed breathren unto themselves and give Ironjawz the product support they deserve. Edit: I did feel sorry for rat fans at the lack of new/updated toys... 😕
