bsharitt
I'm glad I was wrong about the likely hood of a new starter set. Depending on the price, I might pick this up to start Nurgle and fill my Stormcast/Order with some new models. Looks like the Nurgle side is basically its start collecting with a new hero and slug dude looks like a neat model.
shinros
Yeah the new box has nurgle allegiance abilities in it as well. The snail looks bloody glorious and the female stormcast? Looks awesome.
KevenM
That Horticulous Slimox dude... Not sure if awesome, hillarious or retarded. #Nurgleapproved
Segersgia
Kind of funny really. One of Sigmar's greatest assassin's vs. Nurgle's gardener
Stealth_Hobo
Love the snail chariot! So many nice details. Looks like this Blightwar box will be a must buy for me after a dry period in the hobby.
Still-young
Might pick this up. Really like the snail, and the first female Stormcast (seeing as Shadespire isn't out yet).
Arkiham
Note to self Must buy shares in gw.. Edited August 20, 2017 by Arkiham
Shadowheart
Well then, thats at least 4 of the rumour engines teasers confirmed
obaobaboss
I reall like the snail and his rider... but it sounds like that I can not buy them without the box? (they mention exklusive miniatures?) I have already the nurgle units and I don't need the stormcasts. Popisdead
Gosh,.. there are two models in that Blightwar that a lot of people will want.
Shadowheart
Quite glad I held off on getting the vanguard chamber stuff when they first got released, think I'll get myselfone of these, then swap out the nurgle for someone else stormcast half
shinros
I am just going to raise the fact it might be possible for clan pestelins to benefit from this box as well since on the wheel it refers to the nurgle keyword. Clan pestelins also has the nurgle keyword so hey people you can ally up with some rats for your nurgle army.
chord
Wonder what the price will be. Those vanguard palladors are $60 (American) on their own
DynamicCalories
Will this maybe mean that Nurgle are not getting a book for AoS, but just a rules pack update? A small supplement maybe?
Pestilens
Anyone knows the cost of the box?
DynamicCalories
Nope, that announcement is all we have. It says next week though, so don't expect to wait long. Edited August 20, 2017 by DynamicCalories
Killax
Hahaha I love this model, not only because I thought it would be a maggot but also because parts of it have all been spoiled, its really shown up 3-4 times in the spoiler engine.
shinros
Someone on war of sigmar made a great point he would look great with a straw hat I might convert one.
DynamicCalories
It's covered with so many ridiculous details. Nurgling on the front to bait it into moving, the wonderful texture of the shell, the little shop of horrors plantpot, the bone in his mouth like he's chewing a corn stem, the effortlessly relaxed pose they've sculpted him in. The only thing I'd change is the paint job for the eyes, but that's just a minor thing. Since getting back into the hobby I've really come to appreciate their skill in sculpting, its not AoS but Mortarion in 40k is a great example, there's just a phenomenal sense of weight and motion in the model. awcamawn
Lol that snail shell had so many people thinking nautical themed aelves... awesome model love his casual farmer pose, and so many awesome little details.... everywhere!
polarbear
The snail kinda brings me back to when it seemed like GW made more goofy models that weren't necessarily just menacing looking. He looks like he should be tending to Nurgle's farms back home, not going to war. I quite like how unique he is.
