  1. I think I'll be the same thing. You're just changing the price gap whichever way you do it. The only difference between increasing the points of the powerful stuff or dropping the points of the weaker stuff would be the impact on the average size of an army.
  2. Things have lept forward (racing to get ready for Blood and Glory has helped!). There's loads I still want to do but they're very much tournament ready. Can't wait!
  3. Done! Sort of, just in time to pack for Blood and Glory. Can't wait! Used the mice and the diver to make myself some objective markers.
  4. The rats are ready to go! See you all later today!
  5. Make the army composition requirements scalable. So, 'you need x at 500 points' and just multiply this for bigger games.
  6. I don't think so. So excited! I'll be waving from the bottom tables.
  7. Foolishly, with only two hobby evenings to go until Blood and Glory, I've decided to make some new terrain! I bought an old copy of the Mouse Trap board game a while back, knowing I probably didn't have time to get it assembled and painted in time as well as finishing my army to a decent standard. I was right, but I'm going for it anyway. Sorry for the rubbish photos. I'll take some better ones when I finish them tomorrow (fingers crossed!).
  8. I think it's been confirmed, or at least hinted at, that this is happening. Yep. And if they stopped you being able to retreat and grab an objective, it'd remove a big reason for retreating at all. It's a tactical option and up to you prevent an opponent using it.
  9. That's definitely Tzeentch. The charm things are the same ones as the pink horrors have.

An awesome army. They must look great on the tabletop!
  11. Absolutely superb work! The contrast between the model and its weapon is fantastic. It's making me want to buy sylvaneth again!
  12. I recently bought a decent airbrush. It's great for blasting through base coating. I can't wait to start a new army now so I can give the brush a proper run out.
  13. Excellent plan! I think measuring to bases goes without saying (assuming they have the miniature range rebased). I'd love to see detailed rules for running campaigns on a hex grid map. I'm trying to write some at the moment but I'll happy get beaten to the punch. Expanding Path to Glory to include more factions or at least introduce generic tables for all of the alliances. Other than that, first GHB was pretty darn cool. Edit: rat ogors as Moulder battleline, please! If Skryre get stormfiends, Moulder could surely have rat ogors. It'd make the faction much more playable without having to release anything.
  14. I've pinned this thread so it can be easily accessed as a resource. @Arkihamcould you add any other useful documents that people might add to the original post please?
  15. I'm all about the real deal. It's Marauder or Citadel only for me. Thanks anyway.
  16. Lovely! Hopefully we'll get some info for using them in AoS matched play with the 40k release then, and won't have to wait until next year's AoS Tzeentch stuff.
  17. If we see duardin, Tzeentch, aelfs, and Slaanesh this year, I'm not sure what I'll be able to resist. I can imagine them all being amazing.
  18. At the moment, probably not, cheers. I've got two or three other armies I want to collect at the moment. I've got a decent collection of, sadly unpainted, old dwarfs. I'll probably try to complete the collection at some point. What do you have?
  19. Yeah, it works if you've got a bit of collection. There's so many different base sizes of the different factions these days that it makes sets like this difficult to use.
  20. Nice looking minis! I can't help but think that the wierd mix of themes in the base will mean it could take years to get them all used up though.
  21. That's a beast of a piece! Terrain features that big can really affect how the game plays. Maybe you could make it the focus of a scenario. Could it be a wall one side have to defend?
  22. I keep hearing this but I'm not a big fan. I think I actually prefer the newer plastics. If we ever see old metal Marauder era dwarfs being made available again, then I'd be excited.
