    Considering GW has like to dig in it’s past for inspiration, I’d be shocked if it wasn’t a KoS/ slannesh release claw armor like on the very old kos.

    I really like the idea. Though I find it hard to see that the fire and ice aelves don’t include either of the phoenixes. keep up the good work. Always nice to see people keeping the aelf factions alive!

    Anyone else wishing they addressed Raiders for battle line? Looks like my swamp beastmen will remain a small characterful side project rather than full list. Don’t know why I’m so fixed on the ungors.. guess i can’t figure our what I other swamp dwellers I can count as for Gors etc.. lol

    Wow very cool! i remember back when they had the listeria campaign and the special undead pirate rules. Do wish AoS would do more like this in WD. wouldnt be surprised if by the success of these specific Total War games we will see Araby (because they have a ton of fantastical things they could do with them).

    Not sure why he didn’t gift himself a second regular eye on his face instead of his palm...probably one of the worst places to put an eye. guess he isn’t that great of a sorcerer

    Spears also look great! And the ungors will inevitably die horribly

    I dunno, it would seem that summoning hasn’t proven to be worth it by many people’s accounts. I like ungors in both forms. Only spear unit we have and can attack in both ranks.

    I wish I could be excited for either of these. the tzeentch warband is lackluster and the goblins warband has too much individual character and characters are too clunky (mages lanter and staff, lunatic..) heres to hoping DO will have a good balance

    It’s been a long time since I’ve posted any projects but since I’ve had some time and switching to something different to keep the creative juices flowing.. I’ve dredged up a ~10year old unfinished conversion of a breyherd shaman I was making for Mordheim.. was based on critters from a swamp.. I present to you the Egret Great Breyshaman I have since scrapped his neck, back, and arm feathers & am currently reworking them into what you see here. still a lot left to do before figuring out what kind of ‘clothes’ and trinkets he will have. If anyone is wondering what bits: -bloodletter body -OOP Bret men@arms standard bearer crane top.

    I just figure that ungor with Spears in 3 layers should be able to all use their Spears due to the small bases. Just not sure it’s viable as you’d need 30+ to maximize rerolls of 1or 2

    If they were battle line I’d take them. But they don’t appear to be worth it. it makes more sense that ungors would be used to sacrifice and therefore shouldn’t be the easy battle line to nuke for summoning. It would make more sense to have them not be battle line so you are paying for the sacrifice AND they don’t spam fill the battle line option. i like the shooting aspect, I just don’t see why you would want that when there are many other options

    They won’t be. Not that WHC people are always right but to them their logic to my question on it is that bows are rare for beastmen to acquire.. by that logic I’m not sure why they would let garbage make use of the bows to begin with lol.

    I’m holding out hope they realize raiders need to be battle line or there isn’t really a reason to bring them. Why not just burn through cheap Gors instead of the only shooting unit lol

    That’s why I was hoping for ungors and Gors as BL and bestigors filling a more elite slot. looks like my small swamp themed beast army won’t be a thing lol

    Curious about ungors. I get that they are chaff but aren’t being mentioned even for shooting or as cheap sacrifices

    I’ve always liked doom bulls. I’m hoping they are still good to take. Would like it to be worthwhile to convert one.

    After further inspection it shares a lot in common with the pipes, vents and exhaust witg the ad Mech walker. Would be cool if they got a transport, but could just be re-used cad files for another Imperial vehicle

    It’s more than likely some vehicle for the RT, new Primaris unit,or underside of gsc limo
