Flagellants or new Hobgrots would be great, it seems to be about that scale and also five fingered hands. If it's Cities I wonder if it'll represent a new cult or keep it generic? I know this is late but I'm catching up - I'm happy that both Cado and Drekki are getting new novels. Maybe it's like a primitive Flagellant aspergillum (things priests use to splash holy water) and it's chained to a container of Aqua Ghyranis?
