I always thought that a non-Chaos Untamed Beasts or Corvus Cabal would make a good destruction faction; barbarian types tearing down settlements and living from the land.

Yes, they are definitely enemies in the lore, enough to be counted as a separate faction, but rules wise they would share some units. But there is precedent for battletomes to share units with Tzeentch and Beasts of Chaos, so wouldn't be surprised to see it happen.

I've read it, the Kurnothi followers were Sylvaneth too, not all the Sylvaneth were fans of Alarielle

They could share the same battletome as they would share units like dryads or Kurnoth hunters, you could just have a restriction that Alarielle that couldn't be in an army with the Kurnothi keyword.

Finally painted an Iron Golem! Hope to get the rest of the warband finished soon

Warcry Iron Golem Breacher completed in a more muted, grimdark style than I normally paint. Trying to use different techniques like oil washes to speed up the painting process for projects like this that have been on the back burner for a long time. Happy with how he turned out, given it was a pretty fast paint job. Onto the rest of the unit now!

Yes the helmet option improves it significantly. But I'm glad the designer forgot the tactical battlefield jumping rock (TM) 😁 Quite like the pose actually, nice stoic look for a chaplain character

Still have a decent amount left to finish in my backlog, so probably will be waiting to buy later in the year. Looks pretty good though, nicer mix of miniatures than Blackstone fortress. Price is a little more than what I was hoping for, but not much I can do about that!

You could drop the blightkings for more Blightlords for a smaller list, but Blightkings are very good right now (140 points for 21 wounds). Definitely has plenty of wounds to chew through! More NMM done I added a glaze of green to the underside of the blade to represent a reflection of the (soon to be) grassy base. Not sure if it was a good idea or bad! Questions and feedback welcome!

After just started painting my first Ironjawz Brutes, I'm hoping for new Ironjawz units for 3rd; • Ranged unit - Ardboys with crossbows? Brutes throwing big rocks? • Warmachine - Ballista or Catapult • Chariot • Megaboss on Gore Grunta

Definitely, but I've seen lots pop up in CoS armies as well as a large number in Ad Mech armies and Mordheim warbands. They don't have an aesthetic tied to Necromunda or Sci-fi, and could be used almost anywhere. I just hope we get a unit for AoS/CoS that is similarly easily converted to either low or high tech, so we can represent Greywater Fastness or the Living City from one kit.

I hope so, we really could do with some Sigmar forces that weren't Stormcast, but at the same time, none of the Blackstone fortress traitor guard or beastmen models were never expanded on. Although, who knows? We may get an Cult of the Comet and Traitor Guardsmen units in the future. Silver Tower heralded new Tzeentch units.
