    Here is the new thread for discussing Legion Of Azgorh. With the imminent release of AoS 2 (and a lot of the info already being out there), now is the time for us to start afresh on TGA. Moving forward, this will be the main thread to chat about and discuss Legion Of Azgorh in the new edition. I still wholly encourage people to keep their own threads/army blogs within this sub forum and I also think those are a great place to share some photos as I know not everyone frequents the Painting & Modelling section. But this thread is purely for discussion around the faction, things such as (but not limited to) tactics and list building etc. You all know the drill, we've been doing it on this forum since inception!     I think I would prefer this. Makes it bit more interesting than just a reincarnation of X, especially if they are bound to serve Nagash.

    I think it is. Also seems a good selection of things for release day as I think most players will be getting a lot of them (boxed set and GHB for me at least!!!) Suspect it's due to people still taking in the information overload. I've not seen the trailer yet but will over lunch

    Majority of the people in the room played 40k so a lot of questions were focused on that. Personally White Dwarf is usually out on first Friday of a month and as it’s not out and we’ve not had any subscriber issues out yet, I’m guessing it preorder next weekend. Was also mentioned by Andy from the Community team to keep an eye on the site next week, especially round Tuesday ?

    I imagine not. I suspect Beasts of War may film it (they did last year) but not sure if they are sponsoring the event like they did. I think a lot of info will appear on the community site around when the seminar is happening, so I'll be reading that on the way home after the seminar! I'll try and ask some questions if I can get into it.

    I think we will get a date as I think majority of the GW seminar will be about AOS. I'm hoping to be there so will try and relay any info but if I'm honest, you probably will get better info from the community site. I'm expecting some sneak peeks at some of the upcoming kits too, especially as GW are in partnership with the Expo this year.

    Not to turn this into to a 40K post but I disagree with you. They are trying to get all the books out for the armies in the index books. After that we will see lots of cool new stuff and yes there will be marines but they pay the bills (that popular). I think they have some very cool models coming up soon Any back on topic - AOS rumours please!!!

    Yup I think it’s good as the format of how they work has been refined now judging from last few books and it makes sense to include the new models in it. Going to be a massive book if it’s going to include all the scrolls.

So a gentle poke, please think about making comments like this in the future. I don’t want to come across as Big Brother but just be careful what you say in future, especially as hate is such a strong word. Cheers

    No it’s because of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into force on 25th May. All EU citizens are protected by it and have to opt in to be contacted by companies.

    With Warhammer Fest mere days away, I thought we could all play the Prediction Game. So basically lets all predict what we will see at Warhammer Fest and see if we are right (usually when I do a post like this, somebody on the Warhammer Community Team releases something which makes me wrong! ) So predictions.... We will see a teaser of the next battletomes (Stormcast and Nighthaunts). If we are lucky we will see models. This may also be the boxed set that has been rumoured for a while We will get a funky new video highlighting the next phase in Malign Portents Story More info about the "Storm of Magic" supplement It's expected but I think we will get confirmation about the next Generals Handbook and we will be asked for input for the next one More Warhammer Legends I think some of the big juicy stuff will be kept for the Open Day in June but I'm hoping they will put an end to these AOS 2nd Ed rumours (I'm in the Phase Two of a master plan rather than literally interpreting that as a 2nd edition). Also I'm hoping for lots of 40K stuff but more importantly Adeptus Titanticus but we won't talk about that here (but I am seriously excited!!!)

    ++ Mod Hat On ++ Very very simple - I know you are upset but this doesn't mean you can react to other members in such an manner. Please don't do this again. For Everybody else Again, I know for some people this is a touchy subject and in someways reopening some wounds but very very simple - Be nice to each other. It's fine not to like this change from GW but if you are going to react, please do it constructively.

    I suspect they are just showing them off as they have gotten to the stage where they are all finished to be released later this year. Did the same with Shadespire last year as it helps build the hype up for the games. Also if Adeptus Titanicus is out later this year, that is me sorted
