Oneyah
This could easily be titled 'A tale of one (split personality) painter'. I love this hobby and pretty much every army and model. I have painted up a number of warhammer armies over the last few years and hope to continue adding to each grand alliance with this plog. Im also finally starting to play a couple of games at my local store in a path to glory with ironjawz being my first project. However I couldn't help but pick this guy up last Saturday. I havent got any of the new tzeentch stuff yet but may do once I have the ironjawz done.
Ademo
Awesome job! Such a daunting model to paint but it looks great! The wings in particular. The focus feathers draw the eye but aren't so many that it's crowded, the yellow tips are a nice touch!Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

Oneyah
My ironjawz are still A work in progress but I decided to concentrate on the tzeeentch models I already had built and had made a start on and was able to finish them up this week. Still very tempted by the new stuff but I have a huge backlog of other stuff I should really paint first (I say should), some of which are built, primed and even have a splash of paint on them, although they are some distance away from finishing. Oneyah
I keep flitting from one army to another, getting distracted by the new and shiny. Have managed the firs 500points of overlords below. I am determined to stick with these for a little while at least and get some more boats and guys painted in the next couple of weeks. Pretty much followed the scheme in the book although I used the blue tints set with ironbreaker as the base before washing with coelia green shade. Really enjoying painting these guys. Metsuri
You've got a nice set of dwarves there. The blue tint on the metals brings character and separates the force well from others painted in similar overall colors.
Lysandestolpe
Wow, those Overlords are quite luminous haha. You got some seriously great ****** in here man! Keep it up, I have subscribed to this thread.
Oneyah
Long time without an update but have got quite a bit more painted now. Ironclad and thunderers and a couple of characters Left to come. I'm thinking of using these for my armies on parade entry but am a bit lost for ideas. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I'm finding it hard to get away from the one they have at warhammer (obviously a smaller version) but would ideally want something more unusual/original

harrocks
my goodness, there are some talented people on this board. Everything you've presented in this post is stupendously good.
Oneyah
As we are only a couple of weeks away, I have decided to go for a simple ships in the clouds and rocky outcrops. Not sure if the thundertusk bit is right and whether I should move the rocky bits around a bit. Also I am placing some led lights underneath the cotton wool (figure this is cheesy and some will hate it but I can always leave them off). Not sure if I should spray the stuffing to get more variation. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Oneyah
So decided to keep my board mainly to ships and needed a big guy to be fighting against. Felt a bit like when you have to reduce an essay is word length but because you did the work you are loath to reduce it (remove fully painted models). Quite happy overall and this gave me motivation to finish the big boat.

The specters rising from the mist are a bit hard to spot in these pictures but it all looks great!

Oneyah
So I started this thread with my path to glory ironjawz army which I abandoned as my foray into the gaming side of things ended with one game. I am trying to make an effort to clear up some of my backlog and finally got my small ironjawz force finished. Going to do a small daughters of khaine force next alongside some of my older models. Oneyah
Been a little while, not really painted much recently but decided to do an idoneth armies on parade this year. Completed the ship (pic on sep pledge) and used the deathworld killteam box to create some underwater type bases. I know people are very mixed in this scenery but it’s pretty much perfect for what I need, there is also a lot of stuff in there to easily give me enough for my parade board without having to think too much about it or create a more permenant board which is not practical to store. Any advice on maybe making them appear wetter? The idea is that the model is underwater rather than on top so don’t need a pool but wondered whether i should apply some form of gloss.
