I lost every game so far 😂 Really? You seem to have a very solid core with 20 Wardens and 20 Sentinels. Are Eltharion and the Lord Regent your only heroes? I have a Cathalar Proxy from Raging Heroes and think about buying the twins as they fit nicely to an Iliatha force. My problem is that I'm used to charge with highly mobile deadly flying sea creatures, deepstrike and kill fast (just look at my profile pic 😄). All this is not possible with this army. My horses are dead before they did any damage. In October 2020 I got 5 Dawnriders from gw since the banner on the starter set broke when I cut it from the sprue(spruce?). To be fair, I wasn't done with much at that point, but it was first this weekend that I got the energy to start working on them. I know there are more of y'all that still have models to paint, but you might have burned yourself out on the Lumineth and especially have no desire to do the Dawnriders!? I cheated and made the most of the model in contrast wildwood color. Then I spent more time in layering the white instead of doing my best to do the trim and then clean up the white. This helped me a lot and would suggest that. I know he made the suggestion with iron hands steel? And skeleton horde contrast, but I felt that it was as awful as the normal book suggestion.... OkayestDM Posted December 6, 2021 Share Posted December 6, 2021 I've been feeling the yearning recently to go back to the Lumineth models I set aside earlier in the year and try to finish up the units I have primed. Now I've done 8 out of 10 Dawnriders. Only got the steedmaster and banner left. I have two weeks of vacation with no big plans... These will be the last pictures I post for now, since I'm done with the painting project :)! 2020-2021 I have a "blue color" group and a "Ymetrica color" group. Enjoy!
