Looking good
Thanks, funfact is, if I can manage it painting my entire Maiden Guard, I will have painted 40 Deers (if I don't use more of them).

So, that nobody is wondering. I corrected the way the pictures were implemented here. There was an error by drag & drop the picture in, the Picture got clinched horrizonaly if the window was smaller instead of resizing it to the smaller size. I didn't realized it at first because most of the time there wouldn't be a resolution that small (only in case of Smartphones)

It's actually a nice thing for a fantasy world, that flora and fauna don't have to use realistic colors. ?

Cheers, a few of these things lingered on my mind as I wrote them, hence the need for feedback
For the Chargers its literally the clone of Stormcast Pallador scrolls at the moment, the boltstorm pistol has merely been renamed to a short bow since I wasnt fond of boltstorm for an Aelf. When I alter the scrolls it'll become more unique arrow types for the bow and a short range stabby spear instead (The palladors do indeed get 3 shooting attacks with different weapons)
I was trying to find a decent name for the blades for the gladeshards, you're right the skinners knife sounds wrong but bsically looking at a short sword designed to pierce the the toughest hide and cleave the heart from mighty beasts.
For the To Wound stat on gladeshards I looked at current decent archer battleline (Judicators at this point) in terms of hitting and wounding, then made them a little worse (armour, no fancy bow on sergeant etc). Having played with and against shadow warriors they tend to feel lacklustre in terms of output for "elites" compared to the Judicators as troops.
Hm, the Problem with the gladeshards is, you compared them with units of the size of Kurnoth Hunters or Blood Stalkers (these are the units Judicators with there 40mm Base could be compared at best). Monstrous Infantry stat normally has 3-5 Models for the cost.
The right comparisson are Shadow Warriors, Sisters of the Watch, Gladeguard, Namarti Reavers( these are quite similar to Shadow Warriors). To Wound on 3+ you often need something like a Grandsword/Grandhammer/Grandaxe etc. I have seen many profiles for aelfs and most of the time 3+/4+ is the best you get if you don't have a Grandweapon (in that case it's often 3+/3+/-1)
In case of the Chargers. A short bow with 9" doesn't fit. That the range of a Repeater Handbow of the Black arc Corsairs (and those have 5+/4+ as rolls.)
There are two points with the Javelins. Stormcast Eternals are some sort of "Supersoldier". They are the only units that can throw a Javelin 18". Every other unit I know has 9" (Sisters of the Thorn, Chaos Marauder Horsemen or a Icebrow Hunter throws his Throwing Spear for example) or at best 12" in case of the Khinerai Heartrenders. It's looks like your guys are a little on steroids.
Another thing is the plausibility. A shockbolt pistole is some sort of Repeater crossbow. This thing could be fired with one hand, while Throwing the Javelin with the other one (even it is also not the best design in case of the Palladors). Your "shortbows" that normally should be some sort of bow, like the other units in your army have does need both hands (1 holding the Bow and 1 holding the arrow). Do they really have the time to throw a Javelin in between.

Quite interesting warscrolls. So I'm not the only one, who considers to harness deers in front of a chariot.
Didn't checked anything, but I'm a little wondering about some things:
For some reason, the Skinners Knife of the of the Gladeshards seems a little strong. A knife/dagger that wounds better than a sword. I mean, we have Sisters of the Watch and Shadow Warriors at the high end of Archers but non of them are wounding on 3+.
In case of the chargers I think there is something wrong with shortbow and javelin (and why do they need both? Shooting 3 shots in the shooting phase with 2 weapons. How about the shortbow for shooting and a spear for close combat?

Okay ... I have this feeling, the Title "Girls going wild" would fit your girls better than mine ?
At first I wanted to ask, if all your girls are naked but then I found your Thread:

Good conversions! I'm working on female Wild Riders too!
Thanks. Do you have some pictures of them?
Those conversions were actually quite easy. The Dear and most of the body are actually from the Sisters of the Thorn, the Head is from Sisters of the Watch. The Spears, Shields and left arms holding the shields are from the Windriders (I cut of the arm from the wildriders Body). Lukyly I had some spare Bodyparts from making my Lion Cavalry because the Champions body, holding the weapon in front of him, got me a little in trouble with the hair of the Sisters of the Watch head.
Actually a nice thing for my project is (after having a look into the new Generals Handbook), that Sisters of the Watch and Wildriders get a little cheaper ?

I made some changes to the later part of this story, because the fighting part seemed a little rushed.

Very cool, the Sisters of the Watch heads look great on them, hadn't thought of that...
I agree the shield suit the models well, too bad there's no rules for them anymore.
We have to see, if there will be a Warscroll Update some time. Actually don't know why they dropped the shields (even in the oldest compendium there was no option for a shield)
If you want to see some really cool Reaver conversions (Sisters of the Watch on Deers) you have to see @Melcavuk Post in "The Suneater Tribes"

I quite like the godbeast angle here as it's something cool GW created then dropped to go describe more stormcast battles (the god beats book is misnamed, sadly). So your Lore has the Lion Rangers as an almost shamanistic order that primarily reveres Korhil the Ur-Lion and his children. There's a lot of room there for fun schisms and treachery.
Beats the current Lore of 'Aelves who like Lions and Axes'.
I would say it's some sort of cult (actually I would see somethink like that for Phoenix Temple, too and lexicanum mentioned the "Ur-Phoenix" as a speculative Godbeast). I don't know what GW is planing, but I think a being with knowledge of the world that was and former leader of such a group, collecting lost souls and creating the first cult that way sounds more plausible than "hey, here was a bubble were some aelfs survived".
And I left room, that there could be multiple Aelf cultures having such cults, represented by the rainbow mane.
Do you mean the Novel or the campaign Book. Haven't read the Novel yet, but the campaign book featured Argentine the Silver Wyrm, Behemat the World Titan, Dracothion the Great Drake and Ignax the Solar Drake (okay the drakes were also part of All-Gates)

Keep up the great stories. They are highly enjoyable.
Thanks, where are your Lion Rangers coming from?
I have to see, what faction will get new stories next. I still have Stormcast Eternal Stories that aren't translated, yet and also a Story that mixed of Frostaelf, Fyreaelf and Shadowaelf characters (also not translated yet).
I really hope the wording is good enough because english isn't my first language (and most stories are written in german first and than translated).

Great story! Having Korhil reincarnate as a great lion fits the style of the Mortal Realms. I also like that you incorporated the concept of God beasts, they are way too underused at the moment.
But I have to admit, the thought of rainbow colored lions made me chuckle a bit.
Do you plan on writing about the organization of these lion cults?I think it would fit better than making Korhil a living aelf (after dying in the endtimes). It's strange that we didn't hear much about the godbeasts after the endtimes, but I think it would make the world more interesting if we have gods and godbeasts.
Perhaps I should try to draw him (even I'm not a good drawer, and only having 5 times of lions in the story (and use one of them in this project).
do you mean the organisation of one subgroup or all of them? Normally, for the fanmade battletome I will have to make some organisation description. One problem is, I don't know what GW is planning so this effort could be wasted at the end (even this is a problem in tabletop all the time).

Here are 10 of my guys. Also I made another highlight on the cloth with "Blue Horror"

That's really a "hot" army . Great job. Its really an inspiration for the Age of Sigmar world.
And those are really many boxes.

Okay, today was the contest in Wiesbaden and it was a fail in my case.
Have the pictures in the following link
https://photos.app.goo.gl/eXIibQiu70GTKSbH3
At the end. 86 People voted and I finished last place (with about 1 or 2 votes for my warqueen) .
Third place was a Lord Ordinator with a Seraphon Head (Entry 3)
Second place was another Warqueen (entry 4)
End winner were actually 2 models. a Knight of Shrouds (Entry 7) and the Cave Shaman (Entry 8)
The point that frustrated me the most is, that a model that was only basecolored actually got more votes.

So, I ask yesterday if multiple entries in the contest are possible.
It's not the case, so after I had chosen the Warqueen (after painting Nurgle Daemons in Part 1), I have to see how she will end in the contest (actually there are 6 entries listed for saturday).

Again, great job
I really didn't thought that Celestial Vindicators had that many followers. (Okay they are the third most used Stormhost in Fluff after Hammers of Sigmar and Hallowed Knights until the realmgate Wars).

Nice, he looks great as a celestial vindicator.
Thanks.
I think, most Stormhosts look better than Hammers of Sigmar (it's simply to much gold).

I actually started one of my projects as a Thread, and made a Blog with the same name later. The mainpoint was, that I wanted a place to show miniatures, some stories I wrote and perhaps some games I made (even I don't play much because I don't have a group). I simply had the feeling that "Painting and Modeling" wasn't the right place for all of that.
I actually like the blog function, because it's easier to follow because if you know who made the blog you can open it by looking in his profile , while you need the search function to find a Thread
And each Entry is seperate so it's possible to comment on an entry that was posted months ago. Try this on a Thread that has new entries already.
-
Actually I renamed this Blogentry because in both stories Yelena is the main character.

Hi,
sadly the Battalion doesn't work anymore for matched play, because it hasn't got points in the GH17, so Archmage and Swordmasters can't get the Swifthawk Agents Keyword anymore.
Did your project continued any further since October 17?

Some of the pictured didn't show up, so I tried to fix it by editing.

looks like its just this entry, the other blog posts and your google album show up fine. Great models by the way, love how the colour scheme ties the force together.
I don't know if this helps, but I edited the blog entry, deleted the pictures and load them again.

Is it only this entry or all my pictues in my blogs? I use my google account with shared albums for my pictures. Don't know if it helps but here is the link to the album, where the pictures for this project are: https://goo.gl/photos/j6fgm5gLaY8bCJy66

So the rose itself would still be yellow but called in another way?
On twitter I got those as suggestions:
Order of Pure Water, Order of the Crystal Lake, Order of the Verdant Cycle
The first two are sounding more like something for Bretonnia (in the third case I don't know if it is spelled wrong.)
