  1. My dwarfs are going great, although I have to replace the gold on my skinnydip dwarfs.
  2. I am relatively sure we decided on that exact thing. Sounds great.
  3. Nah, the SCE will stay as GW posterboys. I mean, take a look at 40k where the space marines are battling each other half the time. I don't think they are gonna change it.
  4. Of course, but if the scales align then you can bet there will be some bear riders in AoS
  5. Ok guys so I have started work on the second gunhauler, I have replaced the older grey with a new one, leadbelcher, should be quite recognizable, it solved a problem i never knew I had. Continuing with that I am going to finish it, get the runefather on the magmadroth finished, get the balloon painted, and then paint the magmadroth itself.
  6. That second one looks a lot better, and I love the way the way stone came out! One thing I could see is putting a little bit more of the moss in kind a vine type thing across that side to make it look a bit more natural. The rune thing really looks great though!
  7. Absolutely amazing! The fire is a great spot color.
  8. Of course when some Elgi get their hands on hammers they go making them all fancy like. Those are clearly not picks.
  9. I definitely agree about that, this is not a bad character.
  10. You order has been delayed, get back to you soon! My mixed Duardin has progressed quite a bit, I think I have reached about 1k Kharadron, 500 Fyreslayer, and 500 regular ol' dwarfs (points of course). Basically each's SC plus a couple addons for the Kharadron (soon to be 1.5k). I think I might add either an 5x Berzerkers or a NAvigator, probably the navigators coz the Fyreslayers is smallest. no conversions yet, but I want to do some pretty heavy stuff for the FS, and maybe the Dispossessed as well.
  11. Yeah definitely, although I must say that your illustrations are amazing! Hmmmmm. I think @JPjr, being the most experienced writer, could make the short story contest thing.
  12. I think it's time we start writing lore now that the idea of the city has been fleshed out a bit. Remember, anyone is welcome to write or submit ideas, this is NOT a closed group, and NO ONES* ideas will be excluded. *Unless they have been agreed upon to be dumb by the majority.
  13. I vote for this one. I thought up a little bit of a story to expand on the the relations of the Duardin Sally stared out her window mournfully, kept awake through the pitch-black night by the raging flames that lit the underbellies of the clouds above, and the thunder of artillery. It was impossible to sleep on nights like these, although normally the fires and booming were troubling other poor souls than her, as being relatively close to the heart of the city did provide at least a semblance of protection. It wasn’t much, but she would take what she could get. She looked towards the source, but could see nothing over the wall of short figures, stoically standing with their blue and silver suits backlit by the flames. A looming shape rose above them, attached to the ground by a seemingly too thin anchor. Damn stumpies she thought, always thinking they’re better than everyone else. She could see much from her shared room in the 3 story building, and young as she was, she had already accustomed to the grueling existence that was forced upon the citizens of Bone Town. Citizens, yeah right. As if they think were even a part of the city. Them and those ****** goldies. Soft snoring reached through the night’s racket, and once again she wondered how it was possible that one could sleep through the noise. At least I’m better off than those poor fishermen, disappearing every night. Her eyes focused back on the cordoned off area as she heard a shrieking whistle and a rhythmic rumbling, before a huge cannon cam into sight led by engines and ogors. Duardin with hats taller than her fumbled with delicate machinery, while huge brutes levered around cannons to focus on the frigate above the line. As all the Kharadron turned inwards and fired in a single brazen bellow, their strange counterparts were blasted off the cannon before it could fire at the frigate overhead. At this point she could already see more flying ships descending upon the strange contraption, and before long the cacophony of gunshots and yells had drifted farther away. As she slowly fell asleep she noticed something she hadn’t before, the fact that some of the ships seem to be, well, fighting? She could not understand it, as the stumpy were the only ones with ships. They fight just like everyone else, I suppose. Maybe they are no different than the rest of us in this dirt hole of a city. And finally, with that last thought to accompany her, she fell into the deepest sleep she has had in several weeks.
  14. Ha I barely have anything on you guys, just about 2-3k of mixed Duardin. probably going to expand it soon.
  15. Like walking into the mouth of it: That idea is horrible and you will most likely die Don't go poking the sewers: The equivalent of curiosity killed the cat name for wine is something like Calderosian, simple and doesn't suggest anything about it. Probably too fool those who would not normally drink it, as I am sure this is highly addictive.
  16. That cave sguig sprue is smaller than the gyro copter sprue.
  17. Ooh, like a raft town that kind of floats around, and whenever it comes in contact with shore there is a large raid where the local stormhost has to beat it back and get them to float away.
  18. Tzeentch wants the godbeast and Nagash wants the skeleton. I think the grots and skaven want to do their thing that they always do.
