Sinarai
Fully Built and partly primed custom Lord Regent! I love the original mount for this model, but I really wanted to create something that goes better with my own army. In the end I decided on using the Ymertrica Longhorn and the American Bison as inspiration, and thus the Ilithian Longhorn was born, a distant cousin to the Ymertrica Longhorn. Homebrew Blurb: "Named Tyreniah the Bull, her and her mount have battled inside and outside of Hysh, most notably in Ghur during the Green Tide Wars with the Hathorians. Her lance named Orrukbane is known throughout the Orruk clans for how many were skewered upon it, many seek it as an ultimate trophy. Given the nickname, 'The Bull' not only fir her choice of mount, but also for how seemingly carelessly she charged into battle. Many mistake this for inexperience, but as soon as contact is made a true artist of death is shown. Born to Ilithian Royalty, she is the twin to Matriarch Asarra Whitespear. Given the title "Matriarch's Hand", Tyreniah is the enforcer of the Matriarch, especially within the Vanari ranks." 3
Sinarai
Been working on the saddle area and really happy with it so far. Using the icons there from the Tauralon, im translating them into the Sun and Moon, symbolizing my Ilithians belief of the original two twin spirits of Hysh: The Sun And Moon spirits (and more deeply the two original spirits, being Twins, the Realms being Hysh and Ulgu). Originally i had the background orange but after talking to my girlfriend about it i decided to change it back to black, and wow the difference is stunning (thanks babe for convincing me if you ever read this!) Slowly also outlining the armor, but i also still have work to do on the longhorns body also. So all in all... very much a WIP still. Any c&c is welcome! Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far! #ageofsigmar #warmongers #animosityiii #DaWarpath #kitbash #lumineth

Either you got a good bits dealer or are made of money! lol It really is! Not gonna lie, I regret not going path 2 for our Coalition. I even knew X was going to blackmail us, felt like i kinda had to commit everything to a certain path; I hope its more free choice this time around. Im having fun otherwise, I just miss so much cause chat is always going lol. no worries though! My stuff will always be here lol just happy someone takes a look once in awhile haha Thank you! I really love them also, definitely glad I have the full unit built finally, now just the last phases... which tend to take awhile as I usually get distracted by another project (Prime example is the next post lmao). They're definitely gonna look awesome once done. And yes, lol they all do. I am Immunocompromised + a Transplant Patient, so for the past year + I've been self quarantined and living off savings mainly. So... yeah.... been buying Warhammer to keeo myself busy. So, not rich, just.... lots of saved money from over the years finally being used on something I actually enjoy/for my first real hobby other than playing WoW lol I honestly need like... 10 more of them, but i cant keep buying kits for 1 piece (though honestly, i may buy 2 more as a bunch of bits from it i can use... and i kinda want a second normal Spirit of the Mountain and maybe sell my current Avalenor (that is featured on GW's webstore)) But until then, I just want/need to paint my current stuff and save money for the coming months
Sinarai
So, this is the project that stole me away (and not having greenstuff, ran out) from my Mountain Guardians. This is a project idea I've had for awhile, and he will be introduced in a short story hopefully this week as I revisit what Haset is up to from my first story introducing my faction to Animosity III. The idea is to make him into more a Mastadon/Wooly Mammoth, so lots of greenstuff work ahead for sure. Lorewise, nit much yet, but i think ive decided that he is an ancient foe of Haset’s who she defeated and then locked away deep within Haixiah. She releases him only in dire need and with a ritual that binds him to her will. So, yeah! Pretty excited! Pictures show pre milliput and then when i added the milliput trunk (first ever!) And neck joint area. Now to wait for greenstuff lol 20210719_175930_1.mp4 2
flamingwalnut
You ABSOLUTE mad lad! Love it! A bipedal wooly mammoth bound to the will of your Goddess? That sounds absolutely wild. And that's also the kind of wild and crazy thinking I can appreciate from the lore. As with many of your other things, I am certain your green stuff fur will make a GREAT impact to this model. Already I like the idea, though your use of MASSIVE horns and tusks on models they weren't meant for is rather hilarious (in a good way!). Definitely an over-the-top army, and that makes it just fun to watch it come together. Props to you!

Sinarai
Attempt #4 on the ears went so much better and I think they sre the ones I'll be keeping! Now to decide on two things: Fur and if i try to craft proper elephant feet. My thoughts are this: My original plan was a mastadon type creature, but i decided the smaller ears would look strange, so i decided on larger african elephant ears. The problem here is obviously thst elephants don't have fur, so will the ears look strange with ears around it? I Think it will be hard in some ways to differentiate the two , since we see first with tradtional eyes. However, in a fantasy world where I'm already having an elephant like being having hooves, i think the fur might actually help merge the two. Which comes to the feet, do i keep the hooves or cradt actual elephant feet? The obvious answer is to go that extra mile, I however dont feel i have the talent to do such, so coming to the lore conclusion that these are elephant *type* creatures that dwell in mountains & highlands so developed hooves instead if heeled feet as normal. I'm still debating, but im leaning towards hooves simply to not ruin the model in a possible feeble attempt to make feet. My other lore reason is if i use this as a Ghorgon, i was going to say its a half Elephant/half bull mutation. Short story incoming soonish to introduce this guy into my homebrew properly IG: Sinaraipaints25 #animosityiii #DaWarpath #lumineth #hathorians #kitbash The story i said was coming for my new kitbash & Haset, would love thoughts if you read it The short story ties into Animosity III, so it may not make total sense in some parts if you haven't been following that narrative campaign. Video of Haset also to help bring the story alive a bit! Hope you enjoy it! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nUDHWeu4QeDBP90p9TEWCzMzaFmG7OoyTSg-bShhr0U/edit?usp=sharing VID_374750412_103332_950.mp4 20210720_171836_1.mp4

And it's your "why not?" attitude that has pushed it to awesome results. Props for just diving in, following an idea and really going hard. To weigh in on the sculpting, fur fits your theme far too much so do it, love the ears, and honestly: I think the Ghorgon's feet work fine as is! You said this beast was a bound enemy of your diety? How much are you planning on adding, like chains of brands? Personally, he almost feels like a neighboring tribe. 4 armed elephant has some MAJOR Hindu vibes.

Its funny you bring up the neighboring tribe and Hindu vibes, as both are correct. My Hathorians under lying influences are Egyptian Mythology & Hinduism, Haset herself is a combo of Hathor & Vishnu! This guy has some influences from Ganesh specifically. As for the neighbouring tribe, yep one that did not pick the winning side of a major war before the Age of Myth. As for the fur, yeah, its definitely happening, I'm just debating how much at this point. Im still thinking full body, and possibly shaggy. Not sure ill be adding chains, as his prison is a temple that he has more or less free reign to roam in. She controls him through a form of mind control/connection through a ritual, so chains are really needed once he's released into her control. Thank you! I do really appreciate the kind words and vote of confidence in my project ❤ trying to not go too crazy and stay in theme, but i definitely feels this stays in that border with hitting the Hindu theme a bit and diving more into the histories. Let me know if you read the story i wrote for him and Haset would love your thoughts. It does probably need a bit of editing, just a heads up lol Edited July 24, 2021 by Sinarai
Sinarai
Full Build + first close ups of the Skink crew which includes a semi custom Warchief. Using five kits total (all i already had) i am very pleased with this project and might be my favorite kitbash I've done to date. This project will take awhile to complete, but is going to be so worth it when done. There are some improvements to be made for my next sculpt, but again much improvement shown from even the Unirontosaurian and the Engine of Tzunki. Minor clean up of things overlooked, but it looks so good to me regardless During the Age of Beasts and Destruction...the Old One of Beasts will be feared once again.
Sinarai
Big update on this latest project, base work and the beginning of layering on the head! Sinarai
Update on this big guy! Finally after procrastinating for months I got the greenstuff fur work done for Ti'lanka, my Mammoth Giant for my homebrew. Was able to prime and being painting as well, and so far I absolutely love how the greenstuff has turned out with paint on it. A look at him when the greenstuff was done vs a current look! More to come as I continue my Hathorian Homebrew Project 20211106_124002_2.mp4 1

Sinarai
Slight update on his weapon. So this is what I have so far, blade isnt done but I wanted to get the flames to a better spot. I don't have a name for the alloy yet, but the idea is that the metal is cold; as in freeze a person in place instantly cold, and then think of something even colder. With the blade being so cold it even freezes, or slow downs magic from a magic user to the point that the blade begins to absorb the magic (unsure how yet), or if coming at Ti'lanka he can cut through a spell and breaking it in its track and absorbing its energy. The blade begins to flame as it fills up on magic and has to expunge some, this creates a Magic Burn. When a Magic Burn begins the blade is so enfused with magic that the blade can unleash a powerful outward burst, harming enemies around but also rendering lesser magic users worthless for a time (think EMP, but for magic). While some magic burns away, some seeps into Ti'lanka, giving him magical abilities; even if unreliable in strength at times, but still a weapon in his arsenal for a short time. This weapon caused Haset much trouble and frustration during their ancient fued. this is my headcanon
Sinarai
I am very much in a building mood lately, especially as the days are getting colder and time to prime is getting smaller Been working on some Hathorians snd trying to finish up some fur work, and also finishing up this one's weapon specifically. His weapon and how to finish it has been evading me for awhile, so I decided finally to add a new blade to it to top jt off. Maybe a bit over the too, but I dig it 😊 And this is just a photo of the Hathorians together, all at different stages; some being finished. And another fun picture

Sinarai
Wow, it has been a long time since I updated this Blog and as I'm going through it I definitely need to share some updates. Sorry everyone! Lofe has been crazy and well, we all know how the last 2 years specifically have been. But, let's get back into it shall we? Recently I have been working on my Seraphon again with some custom kitbashes, the newst being my "Itzlopteryx" which are my Terradon/Ripperdactyl Hybrid conversion (pictured below) In general I am very happy with how the conversion turned out, but now that I'm painting it I am a bit stumped I am a bit stumped on the body itself. I used three different colors (Khorne Red, Gal Vorbak Red and Screamer Pink) but now can't decide how to highlight. I had begun highlights with Khorne red (on top) and Meph. Red on the rib cage and other underbelly sections... but feel it may not be enough, or maybe Khorne Red highlights just arent the way? Any Suggestions on how to improve the skin would be helpful Thanks in advance!
Sinarai
So, I had a builders itch that I really needed to sate, so here we are lol. Ive always have loved the Deepkin but never felt like I could do them justice. I am still not sure if I can, but I do have a bit more confidence in myself to do so! I have had this Leviadon kit for awhile just sitting and waiting, but wanted to create something unique that could inhabit the oceans of the Mortal Realms. Definitely some sort of arthropod or middle ground species between Arthropods and Reptilians. No idea when I'll begin actually building it with greenstuff & milliput but it has been fun so far to just imagine what else could be lurking in the oceans of the Mortal Realms. -This is a Karapiti (name may change) and they are a deep ocean floor dweller that most often stays on the deptha during the day feeding on that which falls to the ocean floor. During the night they travel to shallow waters to the large Kelp Forests to feed on the kelp and other creatures alike. Blind, the Karapiti uses its antenna & an ehanced sense of smell to travel both in the water and on land. The antennae detect even the most minute changes in water & air pressure and friction, while the sense of smell is powerful enough to smell both blood and sweat from a few miles away. -
Sinarai
And from the Kelp Forests they came, swift and furious... Growing my Deepkin Soul-Raid party with existing kits I already have on hand, using the Leviadon kit and the Slaanesh Blissbarb Seeker mounts here specifically. Inbetween studying I have begun the process of making Sea Horses, including attempt to make molds of what will be dorsal fins. The first mold came out a little thick as you can see in the picture, i think a little less GS and we'll be onto something. I love building, perhaps.. too much lol Other updates coming in a few days after my exam
