I could have (and might still!) copy and paste your opening paragraph into my blog once I start it, haha! Just something I've always loved about the Spider Riders. I'd recently decided to go full bore on an army of them, hoping to convert and paint them for the next Armies on Parade...and then this army (well not this specific army) won the SCGT! This is all pretty amazing circumstance in my opinion Bang up job on this, very impressive for 3 days work to be sure! What bases are you using for the Spider Riders?

I was shocked to see you use the GS to attach the main body as well. I never thought about using it first to fill any gaps, I always tried to fill it in afterwards (with disparaging results).

I have so, so much paint...and I always forget what I have. I can do this with Bar Codes? Downloaded and Inventory awaits, thanks for sharing!

Love the idea of the army theme, I'd been thinking something similar. This Orruk release hooked me!

Man love that paint scheme, the purple bases are awesome! The super dark color scheme and high contrast highlights really work. You nailed it!
