I wont count on that,fyreslayers got nerfed into the ground the npe: -Attack first allways each turn to only one time per game and if charged. -sturdy hearthguards nerfed into the umplayable going from within 10" to wholy within 9"(first change of within to wholy within that is nerfed the range) -bodyguards lost -shooting lost So every even close to npe in fyreslayers got nerfed but meanwhile elfs..... Idoneths:have attack with shooting only to closer unit,now even inmune to shooting turn1 and attack twice thralls Morathi:morathi zero changes and is the joke with fly cant die in 3 turns and shooting twice snakes Pretty sure lumineths as elfs wont have nothing nerfed,i guess they gonna have even more new npe as happened with idoneths

Yes,i started with vampires with release and due to problems in house i havent had time to build anithing(only 3 vargheist and the wknon horse) but i have 4k points waiting me, i really love tye generic vampirelord and was the main reason that i started vampires,but i didnt get it because i have many other units to build and i waited for any bundlenwith him. Now i have the vampire lady\men of limited edittion,and gonna get this also. So two vampirelords when i only gonna play 1 and i wanted have the generic......
  4. I bougth when i started aos many new dispossesed kits,and then when cos came i bougth more new kits of elfs and some human. So are you telling me that my around 400€ spents in new age of sigmar boxes(they have the new aos box and not this old fantasy box) must be umplayable after around 2\3 years of live? When people say thay cos units must go away think that every cos player are fantasy players using his 20+ years old minis,but we are many people that spent the same(or more because all is only direct sale) money in our new kits of cos than a demon player per example,why our money worth less and must be obsolete in only 3 years on book but per example demons with kits of same age or more domt get anithing deleted and only 9999999 new units? I really wish only some empire unit be replaced(NOT deleted,replaced by a new kit) but we can use our old unit with no problems and then only add many new units as every demon flavour got and they dont delete any dwarf or elf unit. If they delete any of my dwarf\elf units.........i got very upset with the removal of city of sigmar but that were fantasy units being updated to aos,so i got it. If now that every city of sigmar unit is a proper aos unit get deleted i only gonna sell my 4 armys and play with printed3d copied models and f..... Gw
  5. I was hyped for my citys rework. Now im sad,my cos army are only 100% new dwarfs and elfs. Nothing gonna get reworked and only gonna be olds warscrolls forgotten and useless inside tye new shiny new empire with luck,and a chance of these units being removed Oh and new empire looks horrible for me,i love regular humana with armor,but hate everything that have religion or barroque and gothic,and new empire seems gonna be all around this as sisters of battle in 40k that i really hate. I wanted new revamped empire following totalwar units and not sisters of battle in sigmar

Good news to me(i was regretting my impulsive buy of the start collecting when they said the increase in prices and also due to hype for new book,but after play with new book and see how bad it is i lost every intent to build the start collecting but seems in a future when next book come and dwarfs dont be so bads i gonna can build it and save many money) but bad news for fyreslayers. The last faction in play rate and now new players gonna have to pay a kindney for the magmadroth.....that gonna help for sure also that our new shiny new units............oh sylvaneth got the cavalry and not us
  7. Seems the biggest umbalance money and pointswise in a dual box ever. Around 180+€ for sylvaneths(if new unit is around 45 and new hero 35) while skaven only as 150?
  8. Hnnnn this slanesh buff dont make sense, how is balanced delete the unique weakness of army doing a weakness before a strong point now? I mean slanesh is fast,deadly but weak.the clasical glass canon. Now we have other armys as dwarfs being slow but sturdy. This is a good blance. Now slanesh is fast,deadly AND more sturdy than dwarfs. Where is the balance there? Pretty sure that this is a overbuff and gonna make slanesh broken but too soon to speak.but for sure dont make sense this change,a buff to damage would make more sense but a ward5? Makes a weakness as was slanesh save now one of the best saves of the game at the level of nurgle

I really disliked empire when i was kid(20 years ago) but i started to get fond with totalwar, i have a dwarf and elfs city of sigmar army and i was waiting for new world to get new empire models that dont be so ugly as actuals(only swordmens are ok). But seems new empire gonna be all around religion,gothic,barroque etc similar to 40k empire or sisters of battle that i HATE. I hope new empire have some simple units as heavy armored dudes with regular armor so i can buy them and skipp all the too much out of my taste units as the giant statue pulled by flagelants from the art etc. Im happy due to new units,but sad because i love regular fantasy look and i have a irracional hate for things with too much religion or gothic as sisters of battle and seems new empire go in that direccion. I just want a revamped and upgraded human with armor,not want a human with 999999 religious marks, skulls,seals etc
  10. Take note that you cant shoot twice if you have enemys at 3" and with nerfed unleash hell being only 6" is imposible shoot with many irondrakes while out of 3"
  11. Before tome we had 48\52% win rate Now with book we have 40% So.....data dont lie,also see how idoneths have 50+ even with same time.

  13. I dont gain money for waste my personal time doing numbers,excells etc to see that unit is good and what unit is bad and then post here or other site my results. And moreover im sick of these persons calling me negative etc so as i said i wont post again in this subforum. If persons gonna be happier i can write as every people with 0 idea about the game and fyreslayers but that got a free copy of the tome of gw and had to do a review: All in the book is great. All is better than 2.0! Smith is great!! Can bring back entire army alone and broken and need be nerfed because free dragons!!!!!! Vulkites spam broken! Lets spam them because they have been upgraded! Ohh magma spam!we can bring only magmas list and stomp enemys with the upgraded magmadroth! Seems commons preffer these coments to the math and data numbers,so be happy

  15. Its the worst balance never seen in a game lol. Even the fake after release a extense and complete set of changes for 40k we didnt updated aos because we hadnt data was better than this. Who think that give 1vp for kill one umbalanced unit is better than.......balance that unit? Also wont change nothing as top tiers vs top tiers both have broken units and gonna balance it. And underpower armys gonna be tabled in two turns and wont kill anithing,so nothing change
  16. Just a lesser change that wont change anything. Just tell us the units that are broken as we know allready and the armys underperforming(the forgot fyreslayers there) and then get 0 nerfs or buff to these No change of points,only a new system where if you kill one of the overpowers units that needed nerfs in points you get one victory point. The list are all the units that needed increases in points as fulmis,dragon,morathi and snakes,belakor and compamy,giants,maw krusha,salamanders and bastilodom etc. In my opinion this update is useless, 1\3 extra victory points when you have lost wont change anyhing almost never and gonna be more papers and things to keep track in the game. These units needed big increases in cost or a change in rules(as sevireth or dragons)
  17. Have you even read my post?i have wriitten as 15 post saying how play with the new book and in my last 15 post i havent said anithing about the book bad or all bad. I have said what is th best units and what play competitive that is 100% the oposite that you are saying

If you dont like read my post backed by data you can choose very fast and easy in my name the option of ignore as i gonna do with you after write this(and report you for useless post of course) I see many persons are salty because dont like if i says as almost everything in our book is bad,but math dont lie. Also i have many pm here and reddit with people asking me for guides,tier lists,example of lists etc and that is the reason that i am posting yet. I guess i only gonna answer by pm and dont post more and so i can laugth seeing persons loosing every game spaming vulkites with flamekepeers,battlesmiths and grinwrath and then posting asking for help to try win a game
  19. As i said many times,smith is 100% useless. The ward cant be used by hg and we have many others wards in our book. The rally is useless being only out of melle,and 150 points is as 50 overcosted.also no chance to defend him.so easy as if enemy have shooting he gonna be deleted the first and if enemy havent shootimg then you cant use rally because models are in combat Same reason than flamekeeper is bad also,but he cost only 90 points so isnt big if we loose him. And vulkites have too much low damage to even consider bringing them to a competitive game. Only father\son + retinue of hg is close to competitive,any other unit of our book isnt competitive. Even runesmitter and runemaster dont worth his points when gonna be killed in one turn of shooting but we need bring them if we want any buff because now that we havent any cp only they can give us any buff. Loosing two priest to first alpha double shooting of sc isnt big deal,better than loose nagash,teclis,maw krusha as other armys Is a must have father+15hg and two son+10hg that are around 1400 points,the others for competitive gonna be dragons of sc for sure and then fill the rest
  20. I tougth as the + attack was in hero phase and the x2 in combat phase i was later. But thank you very much for the clarification! Then the magmabomb is worse even lol i guess its better the rune of +2 rend than the +1 hit and +1 attack that i used
  21. No,i meant the ehnacement for generic heroes of our book,that let you at the start of combat phase one time per game double your attacks. Its name its ale of .... So it is diferent if this ale is x2 before or after the +2 attacks
  22. That was the shield wall of ironbreakers,lomgbeards of dispossesed had. If the unit didnt run or chargued they could reroll saves. But when they got the merge into cities of sigmar they lost it

One question: How work the ale of x2 attacks and the +2 attacks of father and rune? 1--x2 attacks and then +2 attacks 2-+2 attacks and x2 attacks then I think is option 2 because the +1 of rune is in hero phase,the +1 and x2 are at the start of combat phase so i choose active first the father skill and then the ale. But i am not sure Also i did some numbers because i have free time: Father 125 point for 5'3 damage so 23'58 point spent per each 1 damage. With axe of grimnir 7'1 damage 17'6 points per wound Son 80 points for 4'4 damage are 18'1 points per damage. With axe of grimnir 6'6 damage 12'1 points per wound So if we calculate the cost and damage,the son is better than the father. Also i did the numbers of the magmadroth bomb to see how much is the damage,i did it with the rune of +1 hit and +1 attack that gonna be higher damage but 2 less rend than the other rune. 0\5 damage of breath rend1 Father 20 damage rend1 Magmadroth 5'5 rend2 damage and 8'9 rend 1 So in total 29 rend1 damage and 5'5 rend2 damage that can attack twice and we add betwen 0 and 5 rend 1 of breath and 0\2 mortals of taill also I didnt done numbers with the 2 rend rune. Also this damage is one time,can attack twice. To me dont like because is too much only one time per game skills and all in one model with 16w and save4 that gonna be killed before go into melle many times. But for sure the damage is high and seem a fun list to try if you can keep him alive but im sure gonna be more efficient spend these resources on the bomb of father+retinue
  24. We have many options for new rules that never have been used. Per example after play totalwar.....some as friendly fire. So units as irondrakes in place of the rule of double shooting without unit in melle and dont move,why dont double shooting if they can get a lane betwen irondrakes and enemy and we havent any friendly model betwen? This is new and is similar to friendly fire and is more lore friend that the double shooting id you dont move(because irondrakes cant fire if they are moving but others archers can?) Also some rule to affect to new cp as unleash hell and not only bonus to stomp
  25. Change for maps and enemy lists,but usually i preffer go first if i wont cant avoid enemy shooting and second if i can avoid enemy shooting(due to short range on enemy shooting) But usually i get go second because i have key units in reserve and i can have a chance of double turn
