  1. So going off rumor numbers for USD, it will save you about $40, basically a free Bullgor kit. Shaman x1 Bullgors x6 Cygor x1 (Should be the dual kit, it didn't save that but I'm going to assume its both) Rumor price is 90€, USD should be 127 (So it could be 124.25, 130, 129, etc.. it'll be around there), the USD price total of the models are $169. I personally won't get this unless there is something else with it like a unique Shaman, as I already have 6 Start Collecting boxes, i really don't need more shamans or behemoths.
  2. They are cooler than normal dwarfs and people like those, lol. (Funny jab don't take offense).
  3. Yeah I want some better ranges on a lot of our stuff. Way too many 1" range weapons for no reason other than we were a early book and GW didn't understand power levels yet.
  4. D4 is silly lol, So you need a D8 and then count by 2's, why? Just use a D8 then, 4 sided Dice are terrible for rolling, they are used as makers.
  5. Wed don't need D10's or 20 etc.. unless they want to completely change the system up.
  6. Honestly, i am fine with being the army that hits on 4's as long as we make up for it in another way.
  7. The answer to this is easy Keep Ungors horde, make Gors better 2 atk, 3+ to wound, some other buffs like in 1.0 AOS days, then make Bestigors even more elite. Gors should be able to stand on their own, should always be out damaging Ungors and should be able to take a hit better, the problem is there's no more toughness, so making them 2W might be a good thing, that or more glass. There are a lot of things you can do, but we all agree some balancing issues needs to be fix and points wont do that for the 3 not stepping over each others toes. Nah, AOS team just does what they think is cool, good for the greater of the game, has fun story, etc... they most likely did go through a lot of the fluff to make it work a bit better, but they most likely didn't even consider us for that lore and would rather move us in our own direction (Which I assume would be about the same as in lore, we are lost in time kind of on purpose, we still might see some cool things but the backstory is pretty safe).
  8. I've been playing almost pure beasts sense before beast was its own army, I know how GW treats us, i mean we were called the NPC army for a reason lol. I'm not being negative, i know how we are treated, so I just hope for points changes, if that means we are not as elite with DO's, Shaggoths, Cygors, etc... and we need to field 2 units instead of 1, thats fine at least I can get them on the table without feeling bad for playing them. Right now I literally feel terrible for playing with some of our units. I love the army its why I've collected and played them sense Hordes of Chaos (or was it Champions of chaos?) and I'll never stop but that doesn't mean I wont call out the bad things, even when being positive. The problem is we have gotten nothing new and as a community, as good players, we have found what works in our book, there isn't too much left to talk about other than speculation, hopes, and dreams. And we honestly are one of the better small communities for being positive, I don't see no where near the negativity as many others.
  9. Yeah, just let us pick the marks and get a light bonus rule for it or go pure undivided beats and get its own rules.
  10. At this point even just points changes will make me happy.
  11. This, but also Tzeentch in a couple ways, Skyfires double shooting with +1's to hit or Flamers.
  12. They did say you get extra CP for choosing to go second, we also don't know what other changes will happen. The worst part of the double turn is that turns can be long and not taking your turn twice can be annoying, if they address this then I am fine with double turns.
  13. They literally released new models for us lol. Now will we have some of our range removed? Yeah most likely but squated? no not at all.
  14. Im not in the Sky is falling mood at all yet, these are just rumors and even if true you can not judge 1 rule without know what else GW is going to do. Also marks could go away but we could be looking at the ability to play out of books without the need for battalions. And we can just paint/play w/e we want. Until i see something real and substances I really just don't care.
  15. Yes, they are needed but you need to make sure not to go to crazy on them.
  16. Yep i made a custom one, so something like this? Still a WIP
  17. A lot of older kits sitting around has squares in them, they just added circles to them. I've had many with both over the few years. Also some has special bases that are square and they leave it with them b.c some people like the, Examples, CoS Assassin and Grotss Spider Riders.
  18. Beast of Chaos New Plastic Centigors New Plastic Jabberslythe (and new warscroll) New Plastic Shaggoth New names characters
  19. Shooting and magic is way too strong, honestly if that was tone down by 30% at least then a lot more armies instantly becomes viable. Maybe GW ins't doing anything too much yet b.c they know 3.0 is around the corner and they already are addressing this. Who knows. But something needs to be done about shooting and magic.
  20. Let each player play what they enjoy, if you both are in love with the same army thats fine.
  21. Before i buy him i'm double checking the price. Just a quick idea for everyone is all if you want him for BoC ally.
  22. I swore it was in a faq but couldn't find. If you have a rule to have a rule take effect on a hit that stops the attack (Example, Scourgerunner Lay the Beast Low; hitting on a 6 stops the attack and instead deals X MW's) but your opponent has a rule that yes re-roll successful hits (like Archaon's The Eye of Sheerian; hits of a 6 needs to be re-rolled). Does the attack still need to be re-rolled? EDIT: Adding warscrolls to easily visualize the rules https://www.games-workshop.com/resources/PDF/AoS_Warscrolls/aos_Archaon_eng.pdf https://www.games-workshop.com/resources/PDF/AoS_Warscrolls/aos_scourgerunnerchariots_eng.pdf
  23. No rules out yet, but he is bigger than a Bloodthirster, he also is a unique character and I feel GW is doing the large model treatment to be an iconic centerpiece model making him worth his points.
