  1. Yeah my bad. My phone must be cursed by the great horned rat😅, actually meant “won’t betray you” (((((((yet)))))))
  2. Just got notified that the Looncurse arrived in my local store. looks like I’ll be joining you lads soon. hope you don’t mind a Skavenplayer amidst your group (don’t worry I want betray you guys😀, although I have 12voices in my head telling me other wise, but just trust Us-us, we are-are very trust worthy)
  3. So to shortly summarize, I got a minor victory against my friend, bit also just barley and only because my plague monks killed a hero and 500p worth of summoning. edit:I’ll be reporting my victory and tactics tomorrow. (and to mayple, gutter runner are definitely worth the points, sadly this mission onlywanted wizard to hold them, but will definitely consider taking them next time)
  4. Good to know. Ill definitely tell them with me next time. sadly, I was an ideas and didn't bring them with me to work. well of we go, let’s see if the horned rat stands in my favor again
  5. It sounds interesting, but I’m mostly just hoping that my friend will literally just charge forward😜. his playing fec with a few thousand dragon and flying terrors.
  6. Well more slave-thing for us-us🤗 anyways will be playing against a friend of mine, who is currently ranged to be at the top in my local area. will be playing or using: Heros:860p 1Verminlord Warpseer:260p(General; Master of magic, and that stone thingie) 3x1Screaming bell:600p(warpgale, skitterleap, deathfrenzy) battleline:520p 1x20Clanrats:120p 2x40Clanrats:400p others:480p 1x40Plague monks with double blade:240p 1x40Plague monks with staff and blade:240p endless spells:160p Warplightning vortex:100p spellportal:60p total:2020p
  7. Well we have dragons that can do around 6 damage per hit and then there are Ogor who are able to do 2damage per attack, fantastic isn’t it? now what happens if you combine them? you get Dragon ogors which forgot how to hit hard😝
  8. Nop to both. it makes no sense fluff wise. the Horned rat is specifically the god deity of the skaven race and not a god meant to be worshipped by man-things. Also the horned rat is basically all of the for chaos gods (khorne, Slaanesh, nurgle, tzeentch) combined in some way, meaning that it is almost impossible to worship the great horned rat in 1aspect. basically if you really want to serve the horned rat with the iron wearing man-thing just don’t take any mark. or make your own horned rat devoted man-things. although for The actual game I really wouldn’t like the idea. te skaven are something for themselves, and giving other chaos worshipper the skaventide or skaven keyword would make no sense. basically the skaven keyword has a similar meaning like the aelve, mortal, human etc. Keyword. Skaventide is basically just a keyword showing their allegiance and factions which the chaos warrior definitely shouldn’t be a part of.
  9. The wording for the death role of the HPA and deathfrenzy is literally the same. I would say that It all happens at the same time meaning you can choose in which order you want to use this abilities.
  10. Just had a look at the charge ability from the plague monks, god I didn’t even realized that he changed their rule😱. 5attcks on the charge is fantastic
  11. The screaming bell from aos edition 1.0 when rolling the number 13. edit: so I hope your ready to pay those 1million warpstonetokens.
  12. Well from the list you showed us, your probably better of investing your points in something else. clanrats buffed by a clawlord isn’t bad but since your already going in so heavy with shooting I’d just leave him and instead take as you already mentioned a mother wizard (grey seer/warlock) and the wpv. Since the metha has shifted towards more of a alpha strike theme, the WPV will be very helpful to you. and with the Dreaded Warpgale and warpgale you’ll be able to shut down deathstar units.
  13. Definitely. I can’t say if this will win you every game, since I don’t really know how you play your skaven, but the potential of winning is there.
  14. I still need to buy myself one (or finish painting my clawlord on bonebracker ratogre which I then will proxy as one) but he would be my triumphcard in a tournament. an unkillable monster.
  15. Yeah technically seen, although did you know that the clawlord on Brood horrors only costs 160p rather then 220 by now🤔😅. He got much cheaper and even if he lost the stackable gnash gnaw ability, he is worth his points.
  16. 1) Welcome welcome new meat, you have chosen wisely-good. Only the skaven are-are the greatest-best Army You could ever dream to play-use. 2)well you won’t need to much melee if your partner is going already that road. just take a few clanrats as battleline tax. Throw them as the upcoming meathsields in front of your enemy while protecting the snake ladies and the rest of your army is good to go with shooting or anything You like playing with the most. 3)it’s an interesting thought, definitely something worth trying out. 4)looks good👍🏻 5)surely, just take the unit/models with you you really want to try out. most of our units/models have become very good, and there are definitely a few possibility’s to make a great list with all of those models. anyways good luck on the event. now go out there and take-steal victory for the great horned Rat!! 1)Welcome back old, unknown, probably never have met, friend. 2)that’s a good amount of models you have hear, perfect for building a few list to try out👍🏻😁 3)if your going up with your collection to 2000p I’d recommend you to buy yourselves at least another box of clanrats, which make it possible for you to field the min. Of 3battleline units and with a 100clanrats you’ll have enough meathsields to survive a good amount of time. And for the rest just go with what you like the most. 4)well one of my favorite loadout for the stormfiends are 1with the warpfire barzziers, 1with the rattling gun, and last but not least 1with the doom flauer gauntlet. This is probaly one of my favorites loadouts, since it gives you the player a unit that can keep up with any units, dealing immense damage to hordes and elites, or better said basically anything that exist on the battlefield. still if you dislike this kind of load-out, there are still others that can be rather useful.
  17. Au Right forgot he still existed. let me guess he was impossible to kill, because he had two 5++ aftersaves😅?
  18. That looks fantastic, say my friend what materials did you use for those giant rocks and the hill?
  19. This might be wrong telling you and you might not trust me, but almost all skaven units have a very low bravery. Id take as many bravery debuffers with you and go for the plague monks which aren’t wholly Within 13of one of the furnaces. do a bit of damage and the rest should run away quit easily. Also you should maybe consider taking a few battleline units that aren’t a single monster model. sometimes a unit of ghosts or Shellie’s are perfectly made for such a kind of things.
  20. I think point changes are probably the best thing to do hier. The biggest problem when facing a Dok army are the Witch Aelves. change their pointvalue to 110-120 and maybe take away the hordebonus, it would make them still a good choice but they won’t be as cheap as they once where and it probably will give other units a time to shine. with changing the pointcost of the witch aelve we can bring the cost of the snake ladies a bit down, same for the winged aelve-things. the hag should go up a maximum of 10-20points but not more since we already raised the pointcost of the witch aelves rather high. with this few little changes they should be fine, still able to kick ass, but they won’t hopfully be as overpowered as they once where (although it always depended on what list you brought) also anything we might write hier probably won’t change too much, since the ghb 2019 might already be written if we consider the releases of past years.
  21. Nice battlereport there @Kirjava13. as for the gnawholes or Swiss cheese holes, I myselve haven’t used-jumped too many units through it but the fear of any unit popping up at my enemy’s back line sometimes just does the trick. Heck even in the last tournament I attended, my foes literally left halve of their army in the back line giving me the change to just slaughter the rest of his army with ease. And man in my last battle my friend who played Ironjaws, always tried to stay at least 2onches away from my terrain, because he feared he might roll a 1 and would have to take D3 mortal wounds. Using the terrain for a psychological warfare is fine enough even if you don’t consider using it too much. We are afterall the skaven players, we have the most low cunning tactics known in the mortal realms, we have fought battles for 6-7years without a new book (till today, disencluding pestilence and the end times) and we will rise-scurry!!
  22. Change that bell a little bit up and you’d have the perfect undercity of the skaven faction, Yes-yes fear-fear the danger from beneath!
