This is the down side of getting a look at releases ages in advance! Its like with Magnus the Red, by the time he was released i, and i expect many others, had moved on to obsessing over the nextvbig thing! Its for this reason i hope we dont get anything more than teasers for the aelves until at least the end of the month, if not later (if Death Guard are first).

I don't think it was delayed. This month's white dwarf was full of errors for some reason. This weekend we get the 40k scenery. According to landmine on twitter we get the book, the company and the ironclad on preorder on the 15th. The other stuff will come on the 22nd.

I wonder if the Adeptus Titanicus delay made a mess. It was clearly originally intended to be an April launch.

It was pretty dire this month :D  Prices incorrect too and nothing listing SW:A as limited.

I'd love to see us starting to get the Battletome a week before the models - at least that way we know what we want to buy!  (but this may just be me)

Speaking to James from Specialist Games in February, the Adeptus Titanicus has been held back for a few reasons - firstly the success of Bloodbowl meant they put extra resources into that and secondly because they decided that it would be better to design more titans to be released at the same time.  Originally we were getting the rules with perhaps one titan model, we should now be getting more (at least the three you can buy in 28mm) but not until the Autumn.

There were some available at release too, I know Sylveneth had one for sure.

Was that the 3 treelords plus dryads and branchwraith one? Thats a fair point, they did ones for flesh eaters and beastclaws and even slaves to darkness when theywere rebased.

Yup, I remember how excited I was to open the last (and I believe it was the last) box of Ork models in 2007 or so. It included all the new releases and the codex before it was for sale on the street.

If you're trying to make an "s" sound you must be using the wrong word. Gold, iron, grudge, beer, axe, hammer, beard, food, aether...nope no "s's"! ;)

On a more helpful note, I think they used a Z in the display names when they were writting "ancestral" with runes

only problem is that there is no "S" for that alphabet :|

Substitute a 'Z'. You get a similar situation when translating English names phonetically into Arabic because Arabic has no 'P' and no single 'O' or 'E' - hence why 'Pepsi' is represented in Arabic as 'Beebsee'. Just a little random factoid for you there...
