S133arcanite
So Warhammer Community just announced The Dread Solstice, a global campaign deciding the fate of Shyish and the consequences of the Malign Portents. Looks like a very narrative style play. So who are you fighting for and why, which decision will you make each month and why, and whether or not you're going to take part (and why). Clan's Cynic
As much as I enjoy Faction vs Faction, it makes sense they'd go for a different approach or else Order would just steamroll everybody as expected, at least so long as buy mode- uhhh, painting models nets you points. Mayple
This sounds great! Question though. What do you do if there's no local GW shop nearby? Are there other ways of going about it?
Tiger
Quote Dread Solstice is a global campaign designed to bring together players across the world to help produce a huge shared narrative. There’s a twist, however – this time, you won’t be fighting for your Grand Alliance, but for your choice of fates. The campaign takes the form of a three-part tree campaign in which you’ll follow the story of the war in Shyish as it unfolds. There are three chapters, each lasting two weeks, and each week presents you with a new dilemma and a choice to make between three fates. https://www.warhammer-community.com/2018/02/11/the-dawn-of-the-dread-solsticegw-homepage-post-1/ It's choose your own adventure style campaign. Interesting, looking forward to it.

Yup this is the perfect middle ground option IMO.
Lucio
This is looking like a great option for players to all get involved without any risk of the faction dominance we saw for the Summer of Life campaign Also hoping we get the cool bonus of the week type items that we saw last time too

If you have NO local game stores, you MIGHT be able to post pictures to GW's facebook or something...
