Trying not to sound sarcastic with reply but yes there will be at some point! Personally I think we will see something around the Shadespire release due to the background (city Nagash has corrupted to lure warriors to) but no idea what this release could be. Nice find. Looking at those prices, we probably won't be seeing a Start Collecting Set unless it's in the next wave with the Skyriggers (say Arkonaut's, Skyriggers and a Admiral).

It's what they've been doing with 40K for years. They drop little hints of things which you as a hobbist can play with or it's an idea that they will revisit in the future. I love it as it opens up what people can do with their hobby and how they want to play. On a side note - I'm expecting the new version of 40K to drop in July as there is a 40K event at Warhammer World in June. This means we may not see any big AOS releases over the summer because of this

** cough ** cough *** Rumours please My understanding is that we will see Pre-Orders for the Kharadron Overlords next week with a release towards the end of April.

I would check with the event organisers. For me it wouldn't be a major issue but it wouldn't feel right and it wouldn't be warhammer. This is one of the issues I had with Kings of War, as the rules were okay but the different types of models just didn't sit right with me. For GW events, this would be a no.

I'm expecting them to discontinue the Original Starter set with this new one, as it seems to be aimed better at new starters (different coloured plastic), plus new packaging takes up less shelf space. I think they are intending to make more of a push to sell in other retailer stores. Not sure about unique scroll for Vandus but would like to see one for Khul if he manages to become a Daemon Prince.

++ Mod Hat On ++ Folks, I try not to go down the route of censorship/telling you what to post but can we please limit the amount of these sorts of images? I know they are in jest but (a) some people may not like it and (b (which may be the real reason)) some of us look at these forums at work. Also we sort of need to keep on topic?!?

Yeah I'm excited about this as well. As mentioned in the Shadespire thread, I'm expecting the "Shadow Aelf" picture to be something to do with this now. But as a competitive/organised play tool, this sounds exciting and I can't wait to hear more about it

I've singled you out @roberto but this does apply to others - Can we please have less 9th Age bashing please. People are entitled to their opinions, but it's not something we want on this forum. Back on topic.... I love it. Steampunk, Pirate, Magic Space Dwarfs in exoarmour is something I never knew I wanted but looks like I will have! I think this is a great release and great step away from the 'traditional' fantasy to make Age of Sigmar special!

Great event. Thanks to @Ben for running it and everyone who helped out. Nice laid back event which was just right for a Sunday. Also thanks to all my opponents - @Ben Johnson, Colin Mather, and Jon Green. Three great games and still surprised how I managed to get Best Destruction Player! Cheers everybody

Too be honest, I wouldn't be surprised with both happening! I have a funny feeling we will see a new edition of 40K this year and I'm expecting a new box set for Age of Sigmar but it's not going to replace the current one but be a splash release.

think some have already started appearing as subscribers should have their copies now (hoping mine is at home). I'm expecting a 40K focus with probably any AOS releases being Warhammer Quest related (repacks).

I like it @Chris Tomlin I can see what @Durant is saying but I think you are right in the fluorescent green doesn't come out well in photos. Looks like it needs something else to help define it from the picture. But I do like it -
We both know what I would prefer (#AND) but the major issue is time as for some reason I need to work and my wife gets upset if I don't anytime with her or my son! Thanks for the good luck as I think I will need it.

This is a picture one of my Ogor units. I found these guys to be surprisingly resilient and can fight a bit. I personally think they need a bit of extra "bite" as they can struggle to hit things but a very nice Battleline unit for my army Model was assembled and painted while watching the GW Warlords event and is a very simple scheme of Pink, Orange, and Blue (I think it was Warlock Purple, Blazing Orange and Caledor Sky - some of these colours aren't available but should be similar to the current citadel colours). The model was then painted with Army Painter Dark Tone to add the shade and detail as well as varnish it. -
This is a picture of my Huskard riding a Thundertusk. This is a great unit to play with but you really do need to remember it's a support unit and not a big monster to go and fight things! Yup. Stupid GW making so many nice models and cool games! Currently waiting for Aelfs/Slaanesh/Duardin and trying to work out if I want a Stormcast army or Tzeentch army! I think the reality will be move house and see where I am later this year.

I love it Chris. Please keep on doing it! You are still that nagging voice in the back of my head about starting up a Ironjaw list (I just can't make my mind up because all of the AOS stuff is so nice). Just work, a one year old and trying to move house has me a bit distracted

So as it was Wednesday yesterday, we were treated to a new Image from the Rumour Engine Personally, it looks more 40K to me but can see a AOS angle to it as it looks a bit like some of the kit off the Stormcast Relictor
