  1. Hopefully in a tube of nine to use as destiny dice.
  2. Awesome colourscheme. The artwork you lifted it from is awesome - I'd never seen it before, is it from a trading card?
  3. The Ethereal effect looks great. I've never seen Aglæca before and he's awesome, very excited to see what kind of chariot you stick him in!
  4. Oh ok here we go (at risk of the rumour thread derailing for the 20th time this week), I found the fake background I was on about: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/1560/643158.page;jsessionid=51B31FC30D34AA2B986626B33A36AB8F#7907717 I really liked all of this, it had some great ideas like picking a god with your army list, and was gutted when it turned out to be fake.
  5. Yep, the ones who rode giant turtle ships underneath whatever the Empire was called in their overhauled version of the setting.
  6. You know the name nigmos came from fake background someone had written that did the rumour rounds just after AoS was first named on the flyers that started appearing in stores and had nothing to do with GW, right?
  7. Woop woop new White Dwarf leak: https://war-of-sigmar.herokuapp.com/bloggings/1549
  8. Crossposting from the Chaos forum with a compilation of screengrabs from the Disciples of Tzeentch video:
  9. I'll see what I can do! Send me a PM when prices are out.
  10. Not sure if this qualifies as 100% AoS related but HOLY ****** I NEED THAT NEW HALFLING MODEL
  11. Real life's been getting in the way and I haven't had a chance to properly playtest Bottle's awesome rules yet, but can thoroughly recommend them to anyone after well crafted narrative fun with all the elegant simplicity of GW's own rules for AoS and none of the over detailed faff that goes hand in hand with most skirmish rulesets.
  12. It sure would be grand if the Battle for Skull Pass sprues got a similar treatment. The dwarf models were gross but I'd kill for a new battalion and some scenery warscrolls!
  13. Looks like it, whoo-hoo: Actually quite tempted by aelves for the first time ever if the battalion for these guys is any good. I've got an interesting colourscheme I'd like to try and the Switfthawk background is super cool.
  14. Battalion rules for all four battleforce boxes, via BoLS via facebook: No mention of matched play profiles/points. Not looking good Ironjawz players.
  15. The Isle of Blood repack coming with matched play profiles bodes will for the new Battleforce battalions (especially the Ironjawz one with a giant gargant in it) getting matched play points.
  16. Very interesting news, and a pretty sweet way of GW taking back that sweet sweet scalper money. Here's a little more info on the box from the comments below: Could be pretty neat if Seaguard, Reavers and the Prince on Griffon make Eldritch Council Allegiance.
  17. 40k plague zombies packaged with a hastily designed AoS/fantasy add on sprue allowing you to arm them with pitchforks and Morris swords?
  18. So preorders for the new £100 Battleforce boxes are now up on the New Zealand site, with conformations that they'll contain exclusive battalion warscrolls. No word on if they'll include matched play points and unlock giants for Ironjawz players though! https://www.games-workshop.com/en-NZ/New-Exclusive?N=2510756053+3252425321&_requestid=590871 Also some gorgeous new modular Lake-town terrain for the Hobbit that wouldn't look out of place in an Old Worldy part of the Mortal Realms: https://www.games-workshop.com/en-NZ/The-Hobbit?N=102332+3252425321&_requestid=589529
  19. Blah, I really liked him until I noticed after you'd painted him that he'd nicked an Ironbreaker's axe.
  20. Minimalistic basing is the way to go. It's about showcasing the model. If you want to make a diorama, make a diorama (or base a warmachine).
  21. Amazing stuff, I should really start paying attention to this site outside of the forum! I've only had a chance to skim though the (fantastic looking) document, but will read it in full when I'm on the tube tomorrow. Let me know if you need any feedback or playtesting doing.
  22. I think there's a lot of player confusion involving rolling the "armour" save on a model's profile before determining the amount of wounds caused and then rolling additional saves like the one gained from Deathless Minions afterwards. The mechanic is simple enough, but due to the rules for additional saves appearing on individual warscrolls and as allegiance abilities and not in the main rules it can make when to roll for either type of save confusing to a new player.
