Such a good model complemented by a great paint job.
You'll have a lot of fun using him on the battlefield too!

Great Work on these, really struggeling myself to get all of them painted thou
Yes, I struggled too - you are painting a whole army's worth of miniatures but don't end up with an army!?!

Really amazing! I´m thinking about getting Silver Tower but I´m not sure my wife will enjoy, as she did not show interest on AoS and Blood Bowl. My hopes are on my gaming group...
You may have a bit more luck with Silver Tower as it is a co-op game. I'm hoping to play with my partner and eldest daughter using the heroes from the box, while also playing with my gaming friends using a party made up of Khorne "heroes".

Both armies looked really nice from the pictures. Really helps to show off the battle and the storyline
Thank you ?

It from Gale Force 9, comes pre-painted, really nice basic scenery. I'll be adding a few of the AoS GW pieces to my collection shortly, to give the table a bit more pizazz!

I'll look forward to your return and hope you weren't too badly rattled by the quake!

Looks like good fun, certainly a few more events happening up North than in the South Island. Maybe someone should do something about that...

Thank you, he was fun to paint!

I've been trying to use Morbidex in this way for a few games now, but found the Nurglings have either been wiped out entirely or they get separated by >7" due to Morbidex's speed (and the frequent need to use it). Maybe it'll come off next game ?
I think all 3 Maggoth Lords add value to a Rotbringers force in different ways, which leads to the completely logical conclusion to take all 3!

Morbidex is a laugh for open/narrative play as he sprays out Nurglings all over the place

I don't think it is that straight forward:
- the mounted force is more manoeuvrable so can pick and choose the fight better and increase chances of getting the charge.
- It is more likely to be able to get 8 models into contact, than the full 30.
- The Bloodsecrator often gets caught short if the opponent gets a double turn.
- Points wise, you're only looking at 540 v. 500, so not much difference.
- The Lords rerollable charge and +1 to hit on the Gorebeasts, makes them deadset killers
- Other stuff happens in games, the Bloodstoker might have to whipping another unit, mission objectives happen, the sheet of ice half you army is standing on slides into the ocean etc
To summarise, you can't look at damage output in isolation to infer that Slaves can't bring some noise to the table ?

A couple of Gorebeast Chariots, some Knights with Glaives supported by a Lord on Daemonic Mount should wreck a bit of face on the charge ?

Wow!
Great stuff, hope you have a lot of fun with them!

Sorry, didn't mean to rate my own blog entry 5 stars - gumby fingers on the touch screen and what is done, can't be undone apparently...
