    Well, something that significantly changed with the foetid blades of the plague monks, is that that you now can reroll any hitrolls you want, instead of failed hit rolls, which is big when this fellow plagued rats get a debuff on their hit role.

    The bell of doom is rather fantastic. its probably one of a few spell or abilities that only wants a unit within 13 and not wholy within to get the battleshock immunity. rather crazy for a aos 2.0 battletome.

    Saw it. its really interesting what kind of shenanigans, skaven are getting right now. now the only thing missing and what interests me most is how the allegiance ability’s of the master and clan Eshin works.

    Distinct on there own way and still perfectly able to fit together. If I had the choice, I’d rather take the mixed version, since it gives the skaven a certain flavor and a distinction from other faction. Beeing able to field an arsenal of horrendous monsters and firepower, while supported by hordes and hordes of clanrats, Stormvermins etc. Is something I really believ fits the skaven perfect. although I do agree with you in some terms. There definitely could be potential in some clans having their own book. Just I believe we need at least 1where they are all combined, unless you want the Masterclan to vanish, since it wouldn’t had any place in the realms anymore.

    I’m a huge fan of all of the scenarios. But border wars just beats them all when it comes down to tactical deployment and movement, which is probaly why I really love it. you really have to think in how you can gain more victory points then your enemy or have to counter deploy and/or move somehow towards that unit to deny those points.

    And I can see something similar happening for many factions. But sometimes it’s better to have at least some kind of an release which make the armie much more enjoyable in playing, then to have to wait another 3-6years. edit: also Bringing a few armies back together, isn’t bad at all.

    Maybe, in the end I’m just happy when the flamethrower will still have a existence in the new battletome

    I usually run 3or more packmasters, so it wouldn’t really change for me

    Let’s hope so. it would be very sad to see that clanrats are again the only possible battleline in a mixed skaven force. but still it seems to be a great book. all those allegiance ability’s are fantastic and really fits the skaven well

    Oh god, Stormfiends with 9-10wounds each. although I don’t know if shock gauntlet will stay with the 6or more to hit role. For some reason I really doubt it.
