Fantastic models! I'm looking at painting a winter Sylvaneth army and wondering what paints you used to get that arctic look on the models? I hand brush so if you could recommend CITADEL paints that would be appreciated. Thanks.
Double Misfire
The branchwych/sorceress conversion is mindblowing. Can't wait to see it painted as nicely as the rest of your force.
loki
A brilliant look army. The big thing I like about AoS is that it moves the focus to minis instead of units. You can really go to town on individual conversions. Please keep up the regular posts.

Corai
What about the paints used for the revenant banner buddy?Same basic thing, but that was basecoated with screaming skull and highlighted with white before the oxide washSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Corai
What about the paints used for the revenant banner buddy?Same principle but start with bone and highlight white before the oxide wash Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Corai
So to get that blue effect on the banner cloth you just washed oxide over it with that oxide wash, previously highlighting?Yes. Then highlight it in the same way as the skin but leave more of the darker base colour showing through.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Dracothjay
Oh brilliant! I guess to leave the darker colour to show through is really water the highlights down? So sorry to pester you, but your models are fantastic and it's a scheme I've also been looking at. I want to do a harsher blue, sort of ice/winter type theme.
