  1. Yes, but that feel kinda weird as there is no consistency, no synergy, no entry in the battletome (yet), no bataillon etc... And their role on the battlefield is not clearly identifiable.
  2. The problem is that AoS is not 40K in army list building. You have to get the right number of miniatures or the $£€ will add up quite quickly. And the look of a bigger unit won't be great. That is why I was a bit disapointed in my post.
  3. I am exactly like you. I have tzaangors from 40k (60 of them to assemble), a LoC, a tzaangor wiz on disk and 9enlighten/skyfire (also to assemble) and I'm wondering 1 what list to do 2 how to use them 3 how to complete (yes, at least I'll take an acolyte box to get 2x10 units) 4 how good is this kind of list (tzaangors list).
  4. The StD tome is super bad news for me. Kinda. On the positive side, I can see that there is a battletome, some cards a SC! and more interesting a decor+endless spells. Yes, at last. But on the negative side: nothing more, meaning no new unit, no new mini, no nothing. I expected something new like some darkoath (renamed marauders whatever), a new boss, some new wizzards etc... But nothing. Unfortunatly. Well, at least I'll get the new stuff as I was waiting for them for more than a year (took the battleforce last year!) Th slave to darkness SC: there was one , once. With a wizzard, a charriot, some footmen and 5 knights. I don't know what they'll do: will they re-edit the same (wich was good) or go the monster route (a manticore + some StD..)...only a little more than a month to wait (GW will tease it way before they sell it)
  5. https://www.warhammer-community.com/2019/10/24/the-scoop-from-spielgw-homepage-post-2/ This blood bowl team can be a nice addition to ogor army: nothing here is specific to BB.
  6. The nice thing about this ogor BB team is that there is nothing in the mini BB specific, like a ball etc... It could be a nice addition to ogor army (with a bit of conversion maybe)
  7. Which would be surprising: the gargants are into the gubbuster list. And they fit admirably in the design of ogor army.
  8. TBH, after reading the OBR yesterday and the Ogors today reveals, I have absolutly NO clue about the value of the box in game. 😕 GW make us buy a box without knowing anything. By "making us" I mean "force us" because of the 2 heros not available outside the box. And knowing GW that did in the past a limited release of such boxes, we can't reasonably avoid this oportunity. This is anoying. Yes, I know, we always have the choice. But phhhhh. More of this, no idea about the inclusion of Morghasts into the OBR army: will GW add an additional keyword to them? Will they benefit from the OBR mechanics? etc... Same for Ogors: how does the mix of BCR and ogors work? What are the battleline choices?...
  9. here we go: https://www.warhammer-community.com/2019/10/23/faction-focus-ogor-mawtribesgw-homepage-post-1/
  10. I'm wondering if there'd be some of the OBR units that can be plaid in a LoN army like GW did allow it with some of the NH units when they came out (reapers etc...). I'm not speaking "as ally". For ally, and just for the beauty of it, I want 1 or 2 new OBR trebuchets/catapults with my skelletons (maybe I'll replace the OBR chars by skellis on them).
  11. ....and/or how good is the delivery system (deepstrike etc...).
  12. Don't forget that they are really slow and that there is a cost behind this...
  13. From the actual infos that I've gathered here and there, it seems that according to actual warscrolls, the 3 units in the box (tyrant aside) are pretty lame. Maybe the ogors by 12 are strongs. So, for me, the real question is how will they mix with the Beastclaw raiders? Because 2 SC! + 2 halves ogors of feast of bones will give you a full army, versatile and with enough variety to play several builds. Just add later few things like the new decor, a wizzard, or some other characters and you're pretty much done for reasonable budget. (even 1 SC! would work)
  14. You forgot kairic acolytes (tzaangors army) sold by 20
  15. I'm not sure but this image make me think: will those minis be sold by units of 20 making the deal of the Feast of bones less appealing?

  17. There are only 3 tomes that are 1.0 and have to been updated in 2.0: DoT, KO and seraphons. There is only 1 tome expected to gather the remaining minis: StD (pack of StD+Everchoosen+who knows) So, total of 4 expected remaining battletomes ASAP.
  18. I'd super surprised, almost chocked, that they erase some of the KO units! This is one of the most iconic AoS faction. And it has so few kit that you can't possibly erase some of them. No, just no. Btw, a KO refresh is of course expected next year (as well as DoT and StD and probably seraphon). Then everything would be AoS 2.0.
  19. I don't know about your math but I'm calculating max £85 on both sides => total £170. So, it is more likely a 30% rebate.
  20. Gutbuster forum, an australian guy posted the screenshot of Aus Price list.
  21. The gargant is a MUST HAVE miniature: so damn beautiful. At least 2 of them ! lol. Why? because it is probably the unique miniature that can be included as part of (meaning "not as ally") in several CHAOS factions (yes, plural!) and MOST of destruction factions (yes, plural again!). But the gargant is NOT A MUST HAVE unit unfortunatly. But still fun.
