  1. If they follow the Kill-Team model it'll be a 100% new kit and an 'upgrade sprue' for an existing kit. However since AoS units tend to have far less options, it could also be x2 new kits. Wyrdlights could be where the vaguely Tzeentch terrain piece fits in?
  2. I think it's Stormcast. A lot of their iconography is a skull/helmet with lots of those tiny spikes around it. Plus it would fit with them being so close to the CoS/Dawnbringer position which is also a skull. That, and the posterboys going without a bespoke warband would be a bit odd. Ossiarchs usually use beetles, vaguely Egyptian shapes or the Centurion-esq helmet crest.
  3. What's weird is Fyreslayers received a special character in the form of Bael-Grimnir via White Dwarf. It was a Prince Vhordrai situation where they just handwaved away the existing Runefather On Magmadroth as him, but it's funny how he didn't make the cut into the new Battletome but Vhordrai did.
  4. New Rumour Engine. Between the bird hieroglyph and the symbol looking very Tzeentch like, I'd guess a terrain piece for Disciples of Tzeentch or part of a base? Their text might also hint at it.
  5. I'd assume Throgg is dead and buried, given his connection to WoC and his model no longer being sold even with a rename. If we saw a Troggoth special character they'd presumably be an original, AoS-only character with no real connection beyond maybe some design nods.
  6. Yet more Fyreslayer erasure in their artwork.
  7. Something like the K'daai for Fyreslayers. Whilst Fyreslayers arguably don't need yet another infantry unit, Warcry is obviously a game about infantry units fighting other infantry units, and a more unique Fyreslayer infantry unit is better than nothing at all (hello Shadowstalkers). I know in Fantasy they were a Chaos Dwarf unit, but ultimately I don't think it's unreasonable for Fyreslayers to get a unit that really emphasises the fire fyre side of things. Particularly when their models already incorporate a few nods to the Fantasy Chorfs. Obviously the lore would be different (no Daemons here).
  8. People like Witch Hunters, plus it's one of the more iconically 'Warhammer' concepts. None would doubt Crimson Court sold like hotcakes despite being 'bland, overused Vampire tropes'.
  9. I'd have said it's inevitable Chaos Dwarf are coming, but then again we've gone 7 years of Malekith/Malerion hints and nothing has come of it. Ironically I do think we'll see Chorfs before Shadow Elves. There's several design cues already established with the Hobgrots and Horns of Hashut, plus GW seem to be leaning very strongly on the 'nostalgia factor' with their more recent releases. The Horns of Hashut might also be a good hint of how they fit into the Era of the Beast. There's been a lot of emphasis on Ghur's dangerous wilderness, how deadly the environment is, the explosion of Life magic making it untamed and constantly growing. The Warcry lore talks about how Hashut wants the opposite of that - lifeless, barren, scorched earth. It's such a stark contrast that I wouldn't be shocked if we saw a Season of War which themes itself around fighting in such regions, tied around the release of the Chorfs.
  10. Yes. If it's plastic they just still it via the GW store, even if it's a 'FW-led' game.
  11. The Goliath Berserker is £28.50 and he's about the same size as the Ambots. The Cawdor Stig-shambler is £33.50. I'm guessing he'll be around that £30ish price range.
  12. Kill-Team 2021's pre-order was in August, so the timing checks out.
  13. It is a bit odd that a specifically Hashut-themed warband don't have a single Chorf despite them popping up in two other human-tied warbands. At the very least I'd have expected a Chorf leader, even if he's surrounded by 'lesser human' underlings.
  14. 40k Daemon rules started leaking out, so I'd guess they'll show off the codex art and maybe announce a 40k Battle Box. Daemons of the Ruinstorm are also supposed to be getting their 30k PDF at some point, so it may be that if Ka'bandha is releasing.
  15. I think Underworld's most popular warband ever just arrived.
  16. They're being vague about whether or not it's a new edition. They're saying it's not reinventing the wheel, but the rules have been updated. Take that as you will.
  17. Since the Rotmire Creed weren't in the leaked Slaves to Darkness contents page alongside the Horns of Hashut (who definitely were) it sounds like they'll be Maggotkin <Cultists>?
  18. Some nice, relatively system-agnostic terrain.
  19. I'm mostly just echoing my last post, but. Warcry - New edition with Hashut/Swamp people in a starter set. Underworlds - Witch Hunters, maybe the leaked Khorne warband as well since they seem behind schedule. Blood Bowl - Amazons are basically confirmed at this point. Necromunda - Some new vehicle(s), probably not a new gang but maybe some upgrade kits. Kill-Team - Karskin vs Genestealer kit (upgrade set)
  20. The shareholders probably wouldn't allow them to deny what the graphs show to be their biggest period for cash injection. Most likely they'd push anything they could back to allow 40k 10th to get ahead as planned.
  21. Morty and Magnus were also leaked, so there may still be one.
  22. Ka’Bandha is the better model imo, but it has the advantage of being a resin kit of an organic creature. It was always going to come out looking much better than plastic Angry Ron, despite the myth that "plastic is just as good for detail as resin" (it isn't, compare the Krieg kits). Angron still looks good, but seeing Ka’Bandha definitely took the wind out of the sails around Angry Ron for me. The wings between the two especially standout in contrast to one another. Of course for £235 of resin, you'd hope he'd be the better kit of the two.
  23. Ordinarily I could care less about whether or not leaks occur, but Angry Ron would have been such a show-stopper, hype-obliterating reveal I can't help but feel bad for the designers and even the presenters who would have been excited to reveal him.
