  1. I have painted almost everything I planned for Nobember - the only thing that's left at this moment is Knight-Vexillor with the Banner of Apotheosis (and the model is also about 80% finished).
  2. Here are my suggestions: - No more true line of sight: bigger bases block LOS to smaller ones, you cannot shoot through doors and windows, etc. I would also be happy with current targeting rules from 40K (9th edition). - Introduce model/unit facing: units cannot see what's behind their back and only some units are able to have 360-degree line of sight. - Cover works differently: depending on the type of cover, the shooter gets -1 or -2 penalty to hit (like in WHFB). - Make mortal wounds special: too many models have abilities that simply come down to "deal X mortal wounds". This makes mortal wounds too common and also less interesting as a mechanic (because everybody gets to do it, just under different conditions). - Make charges less random: maybe some combination of movement stat and die roll, but definitely avoid fully random charge move. - Make charging count: chargers should always strike first. However, there should be weapons/units that are very effective against charging - Walking into combat: units should be able to just move close to the enemy unit and be able to attack it as long as it is within the weapon rage (no need to make charge the only option for entering combat).
  3. I have a few smaller goals for this month: - finish painting Lord-Imperatant - Finish painting Knight Vexillor - Paint a unit of 5 Vindictors
  4. In the past few weeks I have continued working on my Stormcast. Here's another unit of Annihilators, but this time I have changed the colour scheme a bit. I am currently painting Lord-Imperatant and because he is my general, I wanted his armour to be different - probabli white(ish), but not like the one that Knights Excelsior usually have (that one is too white). However, I really liked the colour scheme for the Imperatant, so I decided he needs a bodyguards as well and sice I really like annihilators... you get the idea
  5. So, besides Be'lakor, I managed to fully paint another unit of Annihilators - I have also played a bit with an alternate colour scheme. These guys are bodyguards of a Lord-Imperatant that is leading my force, so they all share the same armour (keep in mind the miniature is not fully painted yet):
  6. I'm working on my Knight Vexillor and it's going nice so far. I really like this model - actually, it was the main reason why I built a small Stormcast army.
  7. And here's the finished Be'lakor - I have really enjoyed painting the model.
  8. This month, I want to finish painting my Be'lakor and Knight-Vexillor with the Banner of Apotheosis. Anything extra and I'll consider that a great success!
  9. And here's another Be'lakor update: the base is finished (as well as few other details). Now I can start working on tail and wings.
  10. I made a short break from painting Be'lakor - and painted my Yndrasta. I recently got a small Stormcast army and not only that I enjoy painting them, but I am also able to finish the paintjobs fairly quickly - which motivates me to paint another unit.
  11. Work on Be’lakor continues - I’m very satisfied with how it’s going!
  12. I haven't posted anything since June, so it's time for something new. I have started working today on Be'lakor, the Dark Master. It's coming along nicely and it's far from finished, but I wanted to share some pictures of current progress:
  13. Since I have been painting Stormcast Eternals lately, I have realized that I haven’t posted these pictures - it’s one of the Farstriders models for WHU I painted a while ago:
  14. I managed to finish my C'Tan Shard of the Void Dragon (I just need to paint few little Scarabs on the base): Also, I did some work on Knight-Vexillor:
  15. And the second unit of Annihilators is done! Knight-vexillor is next.
  16. And today I have finished the second unit of Annihilators:
  17. I am close to finishing my second unit of Annihilators and I have also started painting Knight-Vexillor. My aim is to have them both finished by the end of the June. If there's some time left, I will also finish my C'tan Shard of the Void Dragon.
  18. Recently I decided to make a small Stormcast Eternals force. Since I really like Annihilators, those were the first models that I painted - here's the first unit:
  19. I also like this a lot - these are some fantastic changes, especially the last one!
