Had an idea for this list. No idea if it will work. idea is small units of daughters clear chaff, small units or gang up on bigger ones. Morathi for magic and then to be a pain in the ****** target in bit form. Cauldron and snakes are the main kill units which I can buff the snakes and drop behind the enemy turn 1, then send over the slaughter queen to support also (as both can still charge) Khinerai's can drop down and take small units, solo weak characters or cap points from behind, or even drop down to block a charge for a counter charge Khailebron Slaughter Queen on Cauldron - General Mistress of Illusion, Crone Blade, Catechism of murder Hag Queen Blessing of khaine Hag Queen Crimson Rejuvenation Morathi - Mind Razor 3 x 10 Witch Aelves 20 Blood Sisters 5 Life Takers 5 heartrenders

Played and won my first game last night Things I learned: 1: Keep the general within 7 of my units. Stupidly left her at some points which cost the better ward 2: Hag positioning. eerrg multiple times I made the mistake of not being within 3 of the hero phase 3: Reading the scenario. I won on scenario ( Scorched earth ) and wiping out his army bar his general, but I could have moved the sisters and a hag up once I had capped the points. 4: Forgetting heartrenders can move after shooting on a 4+ 5: not knowing that bloodshield and generals command trait were passive, as I thought I had to activate them. Cost me models on his 1st turn as his Mangler got into my witch aelves

Yeah, Im new to AoS (but not Warhammer) and thinking of stormcast for my 1st main army out of using older mixed Aelves. I like the idea of 3 units of 3 Aetherwings as units to help slow the enermy (like great eagle lte)

Can you take Aetherwings on their own, or do you need to have a parent unit?

As a player coming back to warhammer, is there a guide to the races somewhere? Like: How they play? What are their strength and weaknesses? Tricks to look out for when playing them? Something like this would be great to new/returning players to give us an idea of what we are stepping into

Returning after a few years to give AoS a try as I miss war-gaming and couldnt get into Warmachine and 40k never truly grew on me when I played Quiet after 8th died as the game at the time was not what I wanted as a tournament gamer. Was a good High elf player and played in many big events Did an average podcast which died with 8th as we all went our separate ways Looking forward to getting some games in and my first AoS tournament will probably be in October
