Ok aos question as I'm new to having faction terrain. Warsroll for loonshrine says 12" away from energy territory and 1" from Other terrain. Book says 3" from obj or other terrain Which is used? Or both? Got my 1st game sat vs nh

I put this in the rumor area but thought id add here also: So I rewatched the videos from Monday and took some more notes: 1: The broken realms book was "to change the way the mortal realms work and are viewed forever" 2: He is a demi god, not a god, and lord of all destruction. He has returned, but his people have gone. 3: The free citie of "Excelsiss" is under siege from Kragnos. (its in Ghur) If its the same city was made after the realmgate wars, it holds the spear of Mallus which has a stone which allows visions of the future. 4: Broken Realms Kragnos is the summery of the Broken Realms path 5: Kroak has a pivital role to play in the book (We know Kroak bound him to the mountain) 6: Forces of Life are in ascendancy and is sending forces against those attacking the realm of life Says he used to go around smashing up the world, destroying empires. So my theory with Kragnos is that he has gone and invaded the free citie of Excelsiss to see his future. Using information he gains he leaves GHUR and heads to GHYRAN to the realm of life to resurect his people. Bringing back a race of hard ass destruction things would really impact the mortal realms. This is the reason he hasnt been released with a new faction, because it will give spoilers to him succeeding in Broken Realms: Kragnos (think chaos varanguard sized beasts like him, a fast very hard hitting army to smash the shooting meta) Finally, Remember the video from a few months ago of Morathi: "Kroak of Lustria, The truth is clear. That which we cannot kill, we must redirect" (Morathi-Khaine) So Maybe Kroak & Morathi have a chat and realize they need Kragnos to succeed so they can be directed at Chaos (and the new twins) who they Kragnos can have good fight against

AOS had 1 day this week, 40k has 2. I doubt they would make Saturday 40k/Horus Heresy unless a side game like Epic or Battlefleet gothic. I recon it should be AoS3.0 and either tease release box set & book or maybe new faction since we havent had a tease of one since Sons of B

Well he can be taken by any destruction faction and probably can do a grand alliance destruction set up He has 18W and a 2+ AS Does MW on charge but not sure in what format yet +1 Bra bubble wholly within 12 Rolls 3d6 vs spells and if he beats the casting value on the spell itself its negated on him

They can alpha strike turn 1 with flamers for high damage Pink horrors split into blue horrors that I think split again casting spells give them summoning points Current tzeentch/Archeon build going around that makes Archeon nails and very killy as can use destiny die abilitty to get instant kill effect with its sword

atm you are not using 2 of your artifacts. Tbh give the faction on to squig mounted loonboss and get the clammy cowl on the mangler loonboss you could go for both fungoid cave shamans but limits you to realm artifacts for your 3rd, or could switch to a madcap shaman to get one form the book. Hello! So..I wanted an army to play vs some of my friends that are just getting into the hobbie. I usually play competitive DOK, and some of the other locals really dont do well vs them... So on an impulse by after chatting to people about "Fun/amusing" armies I went and got some Squigs off a friend. Wanting to do a Squig based army, so probably Jaws of Mork. This is what I picked up: Mangler Squig (probably convert a warboss) loonboss on qiant squig 12 Squigherd 20 Boingrot blunders 5 Squighoppers New on spue Gobbapalooza Mangler box Squig heard box Underworlds set Fungoid caveshaman Probably going to look at 1k to start as thats what my friends are using. Any tips/things to read? I suppose i need to buy the moon scenary thing. I have the book pdf so maybe cards if I can find them locally. Maybe some more squighoppers? Cheers!

Only played 2 games with new DOK (now I have a shot wanna sort more) Game 1: Didnt get it off. Game 2: Got it off turn 3 and it killed a Mortisan Boneshaper. 130pts I think they are, so same points as my Medusa plus spell and anything else she did that game. So not bad. I think if you have the spare points its alright to take if you have a spare caster. If you dont then you are probably saving that cast for Mindrazor
