  1. And what do you want with these extra 100-120 points? Even if the reduce the points for Mancrusher than we don’t have enough points for anything πŸ˜‚
  2. That’s right! Sunday I played a 1000 point game against SE. Once he recognized I smash everything I touch, he avoided close combat and played the victory point game. And with only two units it was very hard for me. I tabled him and only lost 8 wounds but lost the game. But all in all it was close and fun though.
  3. This Idoneth player didn’t use shield eels? For me as a Idoneth player I screen my hammers with Ishlaen Guards. So rend -3 means nothing...
  4. Remove battalions would be nice! Some factions have too good battalions other factions would lick their fingers for (like -1 rend, or alpha strike stuff)
  5. But combine this with 4+ save and 5++ and Blightkings won’t die easily. So just one unit of 10 Blightkings have 40 wounds. A lot of meat to chew through... And sorry but a 5+ save for our megas is almost nothing. Two battle rounds and the mega is dead.
  6. Blightkings pump out a heavy amount of wounds with their -1 rend battalion! In comparison with their ability of 6s when they make hit rolls even a mega gargant falls very quickly (normal gargants die faster). And he is 1/3 of that army. Not forget that nurgle can summon new units mostly in round 3 or 4 and we have not enough unit to score points at this point. Blightkings are a super good aggressive unit against low save units like our mini gargants and even megas fall soon with such a heavy amount of -1 rend attacks!

  8. The -1 came from the Plaquebearers. Its very hard for us against all These 5++. Even our high rend attacks are not good enough against it because we make to less damage. My Warstomper always had 10 attacks with the club but even without -1 to hit mostly ~4-6 hits were made. After wounds maybe 2-3 attacks went through and against the 5++ maybe one or two Blightkings died. And 35 wounds melt down very fast even against no rend attacks.

One question about our Terrogheist: Yesterday a friend told me that when a flying Monster (or everything else what flies) moves and β€žlandβ€œ on a terrain piece than the model have to stand on it or it cant end the move on the terrain. I think thats not true because I cant find anything about such a rule in the core rules or Generals HandbookπŸ€”
  10. Yesterday I played against Nurgle at 1500 points with big blocks of Blightkings. Was a close match but I learned how bad -1 to hit can be, our baby gargants are bad glass cannons and 35 go down fast as hell. How would you handle big blocks of Blightkings?

  13. Katakros is no problem. I talked about Crawlers which can kill our baby giants in one shoot in combination with Mortek screens.
  14. Hey guys. Next week I gonna have a 1000 Point match against OBR probably with 2x Crawler and some Morteks for protection. In a normal case I would refuse because 2x Crawlers are mean in a 1000 point match. But I like the challenge. Any ideas?
  15. Thats exactly my result against IJ. Double Mawcrusher in combination with Mighty Destroyer is heavy. Any other army needs screens against such an army but we dont have enough screens. Thats the reason why we need tougher units against such alpha strikes.
  16. Wounds gonna alocated when all attacks are made. So I think its the attack and not the weapon which is important.
  17. Yesterday I had a match against OB. I played a King, Eidolon, Leviodon, 3 Sharks, 3 units of 3 Ishlaen and 6 Morsarr. What a blast! Ok, his list was without Katakros or katapults but a lot of Morteks and Harvester. In round 3 he called the game. The shooting works very well against Harvester so that the Sharks or Morsarr kill the Morteks. But I think the combination of the Eidolon (+1 to wound), the King (rr 1 to hit) and shooting is too strong maybe? Or the mix of the Ishlean and the Turtle (2+ Save and ignore rend....heavy!) How do you deal with Katakros and Praetorians?

  19. I like the new KoS more than the older one or the Forgeworld Keeper. Slaanesh is Extasy and represent the extrem parts of EVERYTHING...not only sex. So the new Keeper show us the proud and selfish pose of a sublime Monster. And this is far more Slaanesh than the old and becoming more boring old interpretation of Slaanesh. Slaanesh isn’t just sexy. Slaanesh can be dirty, clean or sth else...important is how much this Person lives and feels his emotions.

  21. The whole Sons of Behemat units and Battletome. Lazy rules and lesser options for army building as other factions. Its only β€žI sit on a mission Point and hope not to die too fast. They had to be the aggressiv army they supposed to be.
  22. One short question: Do I roll against the unmodified bravery when I cast Dark Delusions or modified (Banners, +1 bravery per 10 models and so on)?
