  1. You still can take 20% of any dwarfs in your main army as allies.
  2. Why does it make sense to Grungni to help Sigmar instead of his own people Again? Last time if I remember it correctly Grungni was helping him because he saves him and leaves Sigmar with 6 smiths when Relmgate wars start and exile himself for not helping his people(ha-ha!). One thing that really concerns me that this type of plot literally make Be'lakor plan almost useless and remove all drama...
  3. The dwarven part is the most obnoxious, to be honest. Not only Grungni helping Sigmar (AGAIN!) instead of his own people, but at the same time, all dwarves souping together without any real reason and for sure will not get any new models for the next 2-3 years (at best). I see this as bs even if it's true..
  4. I fully agree with you. I always thought that it will be logically more appropriate to move BoC to destruction. First of all, the realm, where this faction is originate, is actually the realm of the BEAST. The second is that on part of the BoC tribes actually focus on corruption and the majority focus on destruction. A third reason could easily make Kragnos their leader... alpha mentality. Beastmens always choose a leader based on their animalistic traits and strength. And to be honest this is the easiest transition we can imagine. We still could have corrupted Beasmens (Tzaangor, Pestigors and etc.) in Chaos factions and "normal" beasmens in Destruction.
  5. You probably right, but I can imagine how this can change after influence of chaos.
  6. Could it be that Kragnos peoples were actually Beasmens and because of his absents they became corrupted by chaos?
  7. Who need a spells if you have drillcannons)
  8. Gargants and Ogors doesn't lead, they follow.
  9. He is not green enough to lead the WAAAGH!
  10. Without joking I will be happy to see Hashut with his dwarfs as part of the Dwarven pantheon (in the same role as Morathi)
  11. Plus in Ghoulslayer we have Kharadron ships powered by Fyreslayer rune... So it's totally something that already exists in AoS. The only positive thing that I can think about - is Magmadroths with Aether powered cannons, Kharadron flamespiting ships powered by Fyreslayers runes, Troops that can use combination of Fyreslayers runes with buff for 1 battleround and Kharadron garrisoned ships with flyhight.
  12. Sadly I can't find any so I decide to buy all 4 and will buy 2 more to see where his story will go)
  13. It's just pure speculation right now. I'm not a fan of that idea too but I can clearly see how GW can combine Sylvaneth with Kurnoti, Daughters with Umbaneth, Idoneth with Deepkins (as far as I know Idoneth steel need water aspect) and Dispossessed with KO, FS and Ironwield arsenal. Just add some kind of human faction and stormcast and you will have pretty systematized Order faction.
  14. After I read Wanderer series (white dwarf short stories about Grombridal in Mortal realms) I can tell that we actually can get combined tome for KO, FS, Ironweald arsenal and Dispossessed at some point. Theoretically, IF GW will return Grimnir and Valaya it's totally possible for them to live together. (Arsenal could create ground war machines with aethergold, Dispossessed and Fyreslayers could both capitalized on using rune magic and earth control) For example, in one of the stories dwarf from Ironweald arsenal works in FS forge. Old dwarven grudges are very similar to FS oaths of vengeance and etc. I still think that it's not gonna happen but right now it doesn't look totally impossible.
  15. Thank you very much for your reply! I read all 4 stories and that was AWESOME! From what I gather that looks like 1) Grombidal is a demigod right now (his powers are very close to Morathi's and he directly says that he is not a god) 2) Grombridal is working as a Grungni agent (he take the body of the dead Fyreslayers Rusmiter "to his maker") 3) Grombridal can change his size and appearance. 4) It's safe to say that 90% it was a Grombridal in Be'lakor BR. The only thing that still concerns me a bit that in the BR Be'lakor sees him with pike+axe and in all stories, he was welding a runic axe.
  16. It's still doesn't explain why Be'lakor feared him and why he can change his size. Plus Grungni also knows for his appearance as a white beard dwarf. I think that Grombridal is connected directly to Grungni and have portion of his powers during the final battle.
  17. To be honest I really want to have Hashut and his dwarfs as part of Order faction.(same role as Marathi) As "Father of Darkness" he is the perfect candidate to become part of the shadow realm.
  18. New allegiance ability New magic New battalions New kits: 1) New tree-revenants dualkit (great weapon/bows) 2) Spite swarm dualkit (support flying swarm/aggressive ground swarm) 3) Kurnoth hunter hero with spear( range attack, 2 melee profiles) 4) Big behemoth butterfly dualkit (big magic butterfly/big battle butterfly) 5) Butterfly riders dualkit (tree-revenants on butterflies with swords/bows)
  19. I doubt that this is possible. This rule literally deleting KO from the game. To be honest this "leak" doesn't look promising. I can't see how this can be added with KO, Tzeench and Seraphon on the table. It will make them too strong. Probably these rules will have some kind of limitation or shooting will be changed in general.
  20. Yes Something like that. To be honest I'm huge fan of Valaya and will be more then happy if GW will return her in any shape or form. And ofc with her faction separate battletome.(Dwarf shield maidens are my dream) I believe that her resurrection could be a task that will unite dwarfs and in the end we could get new faction of dwarfs that will follow her. FS for Grimnir (aka Doughters and Marathi) Gholemkins(GK) for Grungni (aka Lumineth and Teclis/Tyrion) KO as itself (aka Deepkin) Something for Valaya (aka Sylvaneth and Alariele) We even can get darker dwarfs(chaos dwarfs) for Hashut (aka shadow elves and Malekith)
  21. Stone/gem dwarfs? What is it? Dwarfs have stubbornness and runes (fireslayers), creativity and innovation (KO). And both variants have hardiness and art of war. I think that both KO and fireslayers are perfect example of all dwarfs aspects. The only one aspect that wasn't flashed out well enough is a praise to ancestry (FS has it in some degree)
  22. I hope that duardins will not have any of their gods as playable miniatures. Grungni as far as I understand sees KO as a faction he always wants to see as duardins. So I think that he could be the protector of the realm instead of the protector of the faction. Plus he always could have gholemkins as his personal faction. As for KO I want them to have more technological advancements that imitates godlike powers and magic.
  23. I honestly think that the idea to unite all duardins exist only for the certain mission. Maybe Grungni want to return his fortress. I am sure that he can't unite 3 factions in isolated realm of metal but he can create unite force of all dwarfs to reclame his fortress from forces of chaos. So my bet would be an event where KO and Fireslayers will get new toys from Grungni and in the end of it we will see new faction of gholemkins and rebuilding of realmgates or something bigger (resurrection of Valaya? ressurection of Grimnir?) We must remember that whole plot around Grungni is built upon his mysterious "plan". So this could be anything honestly. But I hope that dwarfs will see the same treatment lumineth already saw.
  24. I just think that gw could be more creative with out allegiance ability... especially if they have lumineth one in mind too)
