  1. Thank you. So you think it's a valid try? It has a pretty low model count so I'm a little doubtful, on the other hand this allows me to get Nurgle games in quickly, because the paintwork is tolerable.
  2. Hey guys, how viable is it for Nurgle to mix Demon's and Rotbringers? You'll miss out batallions, but Blightkings and Plaguebearers are such solid core units, I would feel bad if I left one of them out. How would this list do as a first 1000 pt. list: Allegiance: Nurgle Leaders Great Unclean One (340) Chaos Lord On Daemonic Mount (140) Battleline 5 x Putrid Blightkings (160) 5 x Putrid Blightkings (160) Units 3 x Plague Drones (200) Total: 1000 / 2000 Extra Command Points: 20 Allies: 0 / 400 Wounds: 78 I'd use the CL with the flies and hope that the Bell and the FGM trees get the BK's in combat quickly. I was also thinking about taking Gutrod instead of the CL. I actually got 10 BK'S and an GUO painted, so I'm planning my next move to get some games in quickly and expand from there.
  3. Aw, these are lovely. What did you use for the base skin tone (without the infection and soreness effect)?
  4. I'm deeply sorry, I was assuming by your questionable premises that you are just taking part in the mindless self indulgence mono themed discussion boards like to nuture. You should make your allegations more specific from the beginning to avoid such misunderstandings.
  5. They're pretty streamlined and not complicated at all. Just more tactical depth due to cover, various weapon types, stratagems, fall backs, no shooting in combat (Jesus AoS really?!) and so on. Think of them as a sophisticated AoS ruleset. I'm actually liking the Warscrolls and the potential they have to bring individual tactical varity, so I personally would just like to upgrade the AoS Base rules above the "1 page of rules" nonsense but not making them too complicated. I like the idea to operate with warscrolls though. I feel 2nd ed is just about all that, so my hopes are high.
  6. And apparently a very dedicated dead plummer is still holding on to his suckercup..
  7. You probably overestimate AoS' contributiont here but....yea.
  8. Holiday lights in june man. Exploiting christmas season getting worse every year... Stormcast are so annyoing. They must have a really cost-efficient frame to be produced with, just minor variations. And that's why they're so unappealing.
  9. These arguments of the "AoS is much better than 40K because...." - Fanboys are to tear my hair out. Like you can bring all the AoS models you like not fearing any disadvantage to those focusung on the most point efficient ones....jesus, get some sanity. It's like WHFB vs AoS all over again...started by AoS boys. AoS 2nd Ed. will most certainly approximate the 40K rules, because it's the much more mature game. Period, notbhing to discuss.
  10. Uh man, what was the mortarch like?!
  11. 2nd time mention, so you`re really desperate for someone to make the decision for you, right? I`d say don`t do it,,,never change, change is always bad! Ah and they`re stressing the ghost theme too much,,,,I mean a few ghostly units; sure,,,, but a whole army,,,,,,,too much
  12. I like the knight on the steed. At least, it looks like the army is a fairly quick paint up. Hope you can ally a terrorgheist in :-).
  13. They look awesome in the trailer.
  14. I like your obtuse way of seeing things. Must be pleasently simple to be you. Balewind + chaff must really occupy your intellectual capabilities.
