So, CoS does not really support Chamon, but using Greywater as a template feels correct. It's close to marshes, and should have been in Chamon anyway.

Another option would be Tempest's Eye, for more move and Kharadron Overlords which fit the mercantilism so well. You could maybe use 40k bikes to stand in for outriders and Pistoleers in a more dwarven way. Edit, can't find it, there is a set of three golden thingies that fit rather well. Just putting a few dwarves on horses would also work.
