  1. This little guy will be a familiar, likely for the warlock.
  2. Thanks! It started as a pirate-themed Dogs of war army around 12 years ago. Over time, it has grown into six separate armies and many other models as well.
  3. My next project involves a party of Arabyan-themed adventurers. I'd like to have one for each of the 5th Ed. D&D core classes. I'd also like to have many of them mounted as well as on foot. Here are the first two, a dwarf bard and a sorcerer.
  4. Here is a touch-up shot on a blue background. And here is the other one of the "dark eldar prisoner" minis.
  5. Everything seems to have made the trip in great shape. Now that I have my stuff here, I have started a few projects. The first is a mermaid.
  6. Well, I decided to get a crusade case. The family and I are flying back to our overseas jobs today. It is now packed with all the miniatures I want to bring along--some painted and some not. Here is what's inside: 18 Lothern Sea Guard Bolt Thrower Mage The Silver Tower minis that I couldn't fit in the box http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x147/sharkbelly/image_zpszyxrsvk8.jpeg[/img] 10 Corsairs 5 Harpies Some Dark Elf Characters 16 Dwarf Slayer Pirates Dwarf Cannon and Crew 12 Reaper Miniatures A bunch of Araby models http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x147/sharkbelly/image_zpsy9otd2ni.jpeg[/img] A giant, kharybdiss, ironblaster, and 3 trolls (These are actually sandwiched in between trays, and not in one. The trayes do not easily accommodate large, intricate models) 30 or so Marienburg Empire models http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x147/sharkbelly/image_zpstusjhirp.jpeg[/img] A half dozen or so ogres and 20 gnoblars 30-40 Empire Pirates http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x147/sharkbelly/image_zpsjoipgo0g.jpeg[/img] I'll post an update in a couple of days when we have arrived. We'll see what condition everything is in!
  7. Long time Warhammer player here. While I am sad to see it go, I do find the possibilities of Age of Sigmar intriguing. I like the skirmish style of it. To that end, I am switching some of my old stuff over to AoS. Here are some pictures. This battlefield is probably a little tight for WHFB, but still allows lots of room for AoS. Here is the fortified manor. Here is the Garden of Morr and some extra gravestones. Farm fields and a Forge World well. Skullvane Manse, including a close-up of the "elevator."
  8. The strigoi with wings is a holdover from the previous edition, but I might use him now as an infernal courtier...
