Very nice and muted in the colors. It looks like its a pretty neat style to go by. I'm not sure if you're open to feedback, but I would, on very few selected places bring back some saturation into the models. It would help to accent some detailing, for example the small squig on the Weirdnobs face. I'd love to see him slightly more saturated than he is. And the same with the weirdnob's eyes.
