Mohojoe
Here is a collection of what i built and painted this month. Unfortunately none of it is a finished standard yet, I am aiming for playable standard and then refining it when I have a chance. As you will see I did way more than I said I would but finished none of it!
Ademo
@mohojoe blimey, you've been extremely productive! I like some of the subtle conversions to the ogors - the spikey shoulderpad and banner in particular! I'm hoping to get in on the contract for Feb!Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

I would have loved to have gone to town on them but I need the army ready for march, it is nice that the little bits get noticed though I thought ogres would be an easy army to get going but I am starting to realise I'm not the warhammer veteran I thought I was and I have mostly just been an observer for the last 15 years. Painting is not as easy as memory would have me believe! Looking forward to your work in Feb bud Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Soulsmith
Looking great @Mohojoe! Going to be an awesome force when the big beasties join them. So due to a slow start and painting my warchanter to as high a standard as possible, I didn't quite make it. But here's what I have now: The brutes armour I just finished. They will be my entry for the 11th of Feb part of the Legions of Legend competition so I'll be trying to make them pretty. Next comes skin and lots of blending. That also makes them part of my february contract.
Routasydän
I didnt paint what I wanted to, which was mainly two Spite revenants Instead I painted a Wyldwood, one spite revenant and my Branchwych, so all in all, Im quite happy. Aaaand I built like six more spites and my Drycha plus a few Dryads too. These Photos might look rather bright, because I took them from my IG pics, just dont have enough light atm to use my real camera apparently, pics looked crappy. This damn Wyldwood is so big I cant really get a decent pic of it but here is something anyways Edited the pics

Routasydän
Thanks @Mohojoe I spent more or less half the january doing the woods so maybe this month I can focus more on the miniatures.. I hope You got a really cool bunch of minis done too, reminds me that I really should paint some ogors at some point myself too.. @Soulsmith The warchanter looks ace, certainly see the time and effort youve put into it Hope you get your Brutes done in time! Walverine56
This month I managed to get my Megaboss and 5 ardboyz done but did not manage to get 5 brutes finished.
Roostmanuva
Plenty of Sylvaneth in here and I'm going to add a few more, love the fact that they are all very different schemes. So I managed to get a treelord done as well as the hunters so pleased with that. Also did test Dryad and hope to finish that unit for Feb.
Mohojoe
@Walverine56 Nice work! @Roostmanuva Definitely a popular army. Great colour scheme you have going on, really sets them apart.
Routasydän
Lovely Sylvaneth @Roostmanuva Brilliant scheme, only the bases seem a little lacking now. Imo one easy fix would be to have the base edges a tad differently coloured, like a little darker brown or even black. Now it feels like the edges are the same as the rest of the base, though it could be what youre looking for
Kramer
Hi all, a bit late with the final progress report (didn't paint the last couple of days.. promise ) I feel I got quite a lot done. But I never started on the armour scheme test or the white dwarf model. I did so many models I wasn't really feeling but needed to get done for a campaign I lost all motivation for the fun models. Although the Giant and rat ogre were very fun to paint! Also did 6 tries for a color scheme for the daemonettes but not quite happy. So back to the drawing board on that one. But all in all pretty happy with the results and this thread definitely helped. 1. Finalise my daemonettes color scheme. 2. Giant 3. 10 Miners (already 5 done) 4. 1 Rat Ogres 5. 20 Dreadspears (metal done) 6. Chaos Knights horses to test new armour scheme 7. 30th anniversary White Dwarf to use as Dwarf Lord on Shield8. 5 Corsairs 9. 5 Stormvermin (base color, skin and metal done) Seems a lot but I have the next campaign day (21-01) to motivate me to complete 2,3,4,5 & 8. Hope this thread gets me to finish it all
