hwd48
So I am about to go through the round window and re-base my Khorne daemons so I can give AoS a bit of a go, however I am feeling rather put off by the nearly £70 bill for new bases if I go through GW! So does anybody know of / can point me in the direction of a source of cheaper round bases which I can use. I've looked on ebay and can only find slotta bases, which really doesn't suit me as I also can't be bothered filling the slot! Any help would be, by me, appreciated H
ElectricPaladin
There are some eBay sellers in China who will give you tons of bases for a very low price. I just ordered 100 25mms for $11! They take forever to get to you, though,
Grimnaud
I've bought lots of cheap round bases from Chinese vendors on eBay. You can get them even cheaper if you go for MDF rather than plastic. Edit; removed direct link. Search for "XX mm round bases" on eBay and you'll get hundreds of hits.
Dez
It does take about 3 weeks for the bases to come in, I had to get some for my Ardboyz. I just rebased my Skaven, but I was lucky and have/had a ton of 25mm rounds.
TalesOfSigmar
You'll be hard to get 32mm plastic bases on eBay but I've rebased alot of my 8th Edition armies onto MDF round bases from companies such as TTCOmbat on eBay. Take a couple of days to arrive but really inexpensive way of doing it.
AGPO
The Troll Trader on ebay does 100 25mm rounds for £5 or 500 for £20. They also do 40mm, but these are a tad lower than standard GWs (I think 2mm high as opposed to 3mm.) If you base with cork etc. it's not noticeable once models are done. fartsocks
I got some 32mm mdf bases from ebay. Arrived quickly, and I think it was 50 for £
