Thanks for your input Andalf! Its clearly well thought. I also really Eltharion on a personal level even when its hard to justify him on a list. I'll test next week your ideas and see what fares better

Hello there fellow Lumineth! Can't play with Teclis for a while (moving out and quarantine reasons) and having a hard time making a list without him as its very hard to replace, at least for me. I came up with this list: Scinari Loreseeker (160) Scinari Cathallar (140) - Artefact: Plate of Perfect Protection Vanari Lord Regent (150) - General - Command Trait: Goading Arrogance - Artefact: The Perfect Blade The Light of Eltharion (220) 5 x Vanari Dawnriders (130) 30 x Vanari Auralan Wardens (360) 10 x Vanari Auralan Wardens (120) 20 x Vanari Auralan Sentinels (280) 10 x Vanari Auralan Sentinels (140) 5 x Vanari Dawnriders (130) Auralan Legion (120) Hyshian Twinstones (30) My goal is to be as competitive as possible without Teclis, no need to be the best possible but close, meta here is pretty bad (lot of Idoneth, KO, and net listing in general). I hate kangaroos, apart from that I'm up for everything including allying Idoneth (I have some eels though I prefer my Lumineth pure), foxes, etc. I really like Vanari as you can see. The idea behind this army list is easy to grasp, Syar (Zaitrec could be an option too), lots of wardens and archers with Auralan Legion to do the heavy lifting, a Regent to buff them as much as possible, Cathallar is an autoinclude, a Loreseeker for objetive shenanigans, a unit for horses for objetive grabbing/stealing and mobility, the twinstones to buff casting and Eltharion just to round up (perhaps I should replace him?). Any suggestions on how to improve? Do you think this list can work in a competitive setting? Thanks in advance!

I don't want to be more pessimistic than I already am, but here is my two cents. They started releasing the Adeptus Mechanicus (fair by me), then they released Aeronautica Imperialis (filler for a whole week), and now a whole week dedicated to a single book and two miniatures, if they could/wanted to release the Lumineth they already would because this week is almost empty and I don't think lumineth would damage the sales of a campaign book, an HQ character or the Zoat for a specialist game. So if rumours are true, they want to release 9th by July and we are at June. They are releasing new info each day about the next edition (Warhammer Daily), and they have yet to release another campaing book, announce the new box, tease the FAQs, tease the new codexes, and a big etcetera. I'm starting to doubt they would interrumpt the hype train a whole week, or worse, two weeks, for the Lumineth release. I hope I'm wrong with all my heart.

Can't believe they dedicated a whole week to Aeronautica Imperialis after the shutdown. I know I'm salty, but can't believe many people wanted it, I was prepared for another 40k week but man, this feels bad, if the most unsuccessful specialist game is prioritised before Lumineth, it can take far longed that I hoped. They could at least release the army box and latter the army like they did with sisters 😢

Hello there fellow Stormcast! Going to a 1250 pts tournament and I need a bit of help. I'm aware we only have two competitive list, shooty Anvils or Skyborne Slayers. But at 1250 points I don't know if a scaled down version of these list would work. My list right now is: Lord Arcanum on Gryph-charger Knight Incantor 5 Sequitors x2 5 Evocators 5 Castigators 3 Vanguard Raptor with Longstrike Crossbows This nets with 1200 +1 CP. It has magic, shooting, melee.. I think it is well rounded but I have no experience playing at 1250 so I appreciate any tips or help. Thanks in advance!

Going to a 1500pts tournament, I'm the only Tzeentchian and wanna do well against all the Sigmarites and Khornates that plague my local meta😈 LEADERS Gaunt Summoner and Chaos Familiars (180) - General - Command Trait : Magical Supremacy- Artefact : Wellspring of Arcane Might - Lore of Fate : Bolt of Tzeentch Tzaangor Shaman (180) - Lore of Change : Glimpse the future Ogroid Thaumaturge (180) - Lore of Change: Infusion Arcanum UNITS 5 x Chaos Warriors (90) 5 x Chaos Warriors (90) 20 x Tzaangors (360) 3 x Tzaangor Skyfires (200) 3 x Tzaangor Skyfires (200) My plan with this list is to abuse the magic phase with my heroes, use Skyfires to snipe enemy heroes while chaos warriors grab objetives or hold the line. Tzaangors can be quite threatening, can cover a lot of ground and with adecuate support they are great. I plan to summon horrors as needed. Thanks in advance :)
