  1. Checks out. Pretty sure Tilda is an immortal creature of the night
  2. That sounds right to me @Chikout Wonder how many Broken Realm books they need to get to before AoS 3.0 this summer. Might get pretty cramped if the lore sets up the 3.0 equivalent of Soul Wars.
  3. Could still be the photo but really interesting facial features (or lack therof)
  4. The name points to Vampire led Zombies to me. That's a weird model but the potatocam is not helping.
  5. Maybe it's just because I'm sick of Malibu Astartes with a new hat all the time but I love them. The freedom to go wild design wise is such a strength for AoS. *I know all the endless Marine releases probably fund this freedom
  6. A City that allowed 1 in 4 units to be Lumineth would really appeal to me. Come on BR: Teclis!
  7. With them returning to the setting it's at least a possibility.
  8. Could be like Feast of Bones where an older range led by a new hero sculpt faces off against a new Undead faction.
  9. @shinros I think the Kill Team reboot will be an Inquisition/Ecclesiarchy vs Necrons core set.
  10. Do we know when the next preview is? I needs to know what Undeath is coming.
  11. The interesting thing is from what I understand a kit sees it's greatest sales immediately upon release. However we also see older kits go out of stock after receiving a boost in a new book or FAQ. It just baffles me that they allow certain units and even sometimes factions to languish for long periods of time when it's clear bringing them closer to the upper tiers increases sale. Maybe there are just enough Marine whales that it's not a big deal to them?
  12. Amazing. I'd been eyeing that model as a Paladin on Pegasus in a Mousillon Bret army.
  13. Some good advice already. For me just changing my perspective and realizing I have years of enjoyment waiting for me. I now call it the Pile of Opportunity. The other thing that really helped was starting a local monthly painting challenge which has really helped make steady progress after years of procrastinating. We have some forms of it here if you'd like to join in. https://www.tga.community/forums/topic/26020-tale-of-x-online-gamers/
  14. An expansion of roles for units would help as when movement/damage/toughness are the only considerations you inevitably end up with clear cut choices.
  15. It's one of my favourite takes on that faction I've seen. Always enjoy your updates.
  16. That is definitely a frustrating narrative dead end imo.
  17. Undead elf centaur archers is exactly the kind of thing I'd like to see. That's the kind of problem solving I want from my undead. "I need missile troops, Elves are good at that bring me the top part of that one over there Igor" "Hmm mobility might be an issue, let's stitch it to the rest of that horse over there"
  18. Perhaps it's because I'm burnt out on horde armies but I'd love a zombie faction that was all 60mm+ bases. Different "swarms" of zombies, giant amalgamations of the dead, Monsters stitched together like the Skaven beast. A Deadapult that inflicts damage and deep strikes zombies around the table. And 100% behind @Kramer idea of having all the other races present in the sculpts. That's bothered me since 5th.
  19. For a company that thrives on new kits I've always found it odd they have factions that are "the shooting one", "The melee one" etc. Beyond the balancing headache it creates it limits their space to add before they're just invalidating units that came before. Maybe they're trying to get everybody some shooting options for when every phase goes alternate activation like the combat phase? Of course then we'll end up with "these units shoot at the beginning of the shooting phase" activation shenanigans and the wheel just keeps turning.
  20. They did include questions about the double turn in the last survey so it might be more subject to change than the previous editions I'm not a fan but if they heavily steer the missions into making it a true choice between extra offensive power and scoring points I could come around on it.
  21. I don't see them pushing back the edition. If anything they might condense the BR books the way they did PA. Especially if it's ending ties into the new edition's storyline.
  22. If the rumored death faction is zombie focused I hope they make giant Nurgling style swarms of the dead. Moving many dozens of troops even with the aid of trays is not fun.
  23. @yukishiro1 is porting over 40k's terrain rules worth trying out? Going from memory they seem mostly compatible.
