  1. yeah it's really tempting to go for hexgorger skulls again but i really need to spam bloodsacrifice with my big monster lists (archaon or bloodthirsters) so no for me and you can take a wrath of khorne bloodthirster with mage eater trait for 2 cast with +2 to unbind. And one of this unbind will hit the enemy with D6 MW. You can take the heroic action to unbind another +2 dispell. Yeah it won't be the same as hexgorger skulls .. but we can't take more than one slaughterpriests without sacrificing too much points.

  4. well we are not paying for the battalion .. i would say pick at least one warlord. The only daemons that are good are bloodthirsters and flesh hound ... you need to get the daemon prince in STD. Yeah it stays the same but worse in the way only one CA issued or received (we can get ok with aura CA) and no batallion cheat. But we have now smaller board and amulet of fate that is rocking on bloodthirsters and we can heal them. And we have a CA to be full profile. You can ****** off Yndrasta with skarbrand too ! I'd say that if you are using bloodthirsters you need to find way to get bloodtithe so a slaughterpriest with blood sacrifice is mandatory. Anyway, if you want the most competitive list we have access to it but only with archaon. If you are not using archaon list you are mostly going to struggle versus top tiers lists. But you can mix daemon and mortals better in this edition and only bring daemon prince and one bloodthirster along beast of chaos, STD and bloodbound units you will be able to do thing. Just not versus high meta lists and i thing it's the same for a lot of armies.
  5. i don't know, you won't be able to score easy points with monsters, you will be slow and only khorgorath + skullreapers are able to deal damage .. the blood warriors are not that usefull now that there is less saturation so .. and no priest ? Yeah i don't see how you are gonna score enough points but i'm not visionaire
  6. Depend if you are looking Archaon as a Daemon 😛 But if you mean daemon as bloodthirster just look 3 post upward
  7. Did anyone had the occasion to use be'lakor to cancel chose big unfair Monsters or is it pointless to have the ability (not guaranted) to cancel them only one turn ?
  8. Well thanks for continuing the poll looks like you are saving me from mistakes as i was gonna fail for the greater daemon of khorne for gameplay value pour (amulet of fate) but i won't go further that way i wanted to have advice for it but the model are not that good looking.

  10. chaos warshrine, bloodsecrator, bloodstocker, BT of unfettered furry for 6" pile in, blood blessings(probably resanguination), reaper of vengeance CA and try the lowest drop possible. A belakor in the adverse team and you loose 😛

  13. (We were last in the Faction presentation for AOS v3, and we didn't show up in Broken Realm .. my hopes that it is because we are the next battletome are bad because poor BoK and Nurgle are older)
  14. We it's coalition unit but i'm using a Chaos lord on daemonic mount with mark of the slayer linked to a slaughterbrute and for 320 points it's really nice. Both are tanky enough, 3+ reroll 1 on slaughterbrute is super efficient versus 4+ or 5+ enemies. Slaughterbrute base move is 10" and bracket profile pretty forgiving. The lord can deal a few mortal wounds. You can link the slaughterbrute to a daemon prince if you want but i prefer giving him tanky artefact than mark of the slayer. I used him in a game with 9 Skullcrushers with bloodglaive for 4+ reroll 1 without CP and it was quite effective and the slaughterbrute was doing his things on border of fights ^^. Juggerlord is the only Bloodbound tanky enough general worth it. I prefer one big pack of 9 to be able to launch 5 or 6 Mightyskullcrushers in front and when they finally clear the pack in front of them we can use rally. Unit cohesion is really easy with oval bases. Until they FAQ Skulltaker he is a beast in bloodlord army (+4 move and halo of blood :p) Bloodthirster of IR with argaht king of blade in RoV is really someone not to mess with i always take a priest to heal him and bless him if he is full life. I manage duel and kill 3 Keepers of Secret versus slaanesh for the last game with a few help from other units(my msu list was a blast for my opponent and he spawned 3 keepers ...). For RoV juste be mindfull that the enemy car roar at your BT so he can't use CP ..

  16. How do you score various battletactics with 30 bloodwarriors stucked in a area of the map ? How do you kill thing with those bloodwarriors ? And how do you handle the flying monsters going across your pack ? They have no rend ! They deal only mortal wounds on save and guess what ? There is less saturation now than before, and the adversary are focusing on MW dealing. They are slow, there are 8 scenery on the map so good luck moving efficiently with them .. no : when i want tanky battleline i take mighty skullcrushers. And a nice redeploy and your bloodwarriors are sitting happily in the middle of the map and your heroes are naked in the back. If you don't have rend -2 or mortal wound you won't be efficient here. The nice thing with the bloodwarriors gore fist was versus big spam of chad unit .. and it's msu or monsters now as you say. I agree our units are ok .. but everyone else is rocking so we can't compete. Khorgos khul (i never know where to put the "h" in his name) is the mightiest of all bloodbounds and should compete at the level of Sigvald ! He has nice skills but when someone look at him he dies. Skullreapers were awesome and even more awesome when hitting big pack of chad units .. now there are less likely to reroll their hits and they are very expensive. Bloodreavers can't do their screening job properly with their idiotic 32mm base and can be efficient now with curse but for it to properly work you have to get five moons aligned. I mean i don't want to be like Beastclaw raiders because i like having to struggle to be efficient. But it's more likely we have no clear way to go and one error is battlelost. Other armies are power overwhelming when they succeed the right combos and we are only surviving when we manage ours.
  17. I only played khorne, slave to darkness and tzeentch. I find khorne the hardest to play to be at least efficient and there is so many easy way of playing in the others armies but whenever i talk to other people they say "ah you know you have bloodthirsters and the daemon prince they are very good and if you are not happy play archaon now shut up". What makes our identity ? We are glass canon that can't deal damage and our roleplay buff range sucks (8"). Our hardest hitting hero(skarbrand) favorite thing is hiding because of slow and only 4+ armor. Yay khorne daemon prince favorite thing is .. slow the honourable foe that wants to hit us. Our anti magic things are weaker than tzeentch(we should have more magic resistance like the skullshard mantle instead of random unbinds). I think there are some list that are good in khorne but they are not the way i wan't to play and that's the problem : we currently don't have a battletome and allegeances/sub allegeance that allow us to play the way we want.
  18. same for those b*tches DoK they have a temple thing where they are able to cast two prayers. I love the fact that they said "wow AOS priest are the best now, look at the nice slaughterpriest we use in the cover" and the slaughterpriest is nerf to oblivion (he was kinda OP i know but it was the only OP thing in khorne and we have many meh warscroll or allegeance rules in mortals)

  22. "Judgement of khorne" are invocations as stated in the FAQ. In the core book, only ways to remove an invocation are : - bannish it - Touch the border of the battlefield - something indicated in the invocation's warscroll or allegeance ability is used to remove the invocation In the Battletome it was simply stated that Judgements get out at the end of the round after a fail roll but it's not an allegeance ability that is used. It must be an hostile allegeance ability to remove the invocation. The first one to come at me telling that i'm wrong i would tell him ok let's play that way but my slaughterpriest can chant 3 times each turn now. I'm not running tournaments so i don't care.
