Hi guys! This is a matched play Age of Sigmar event run by the Solent Wargamers Club held at the Royal British Legion in Portsmouth. It is a Meeting Engagement tournament and will follow all the rules for meeting engagements as laid down in The Generals Handbook 2019 with the following exceptions: Realmscape rules and Realm spells will not be in use at this event. Realm artefacts can still be selected. Terrain will be provided by the organisers and laid out before any games begin. There will be 4 rounds. There will be prizes for the top player of each Grand Alliance, and Best Painted Awards for players and judges choice. Think The new Mortach is gonna be great with all her mortal wound output. Only 7 wounds is a bit weak but at least she’s -1 to hit from shooting. Hoping all Nighthaunt get the frightful touch ability on an unmodified 6 now as while it sucks you can’t buff it I find there is loads of -1 to hit abilities and spells in the game now that make my Spirit Hosts worthless

I ordered 3 boxes of the new banshees. I think a big unit of them will be really strong. Fast moving, unbinding at +3 and with a KOS on horsey following them around could get 3 attacks each with those sweet -2 attacks

Get rid of Battleline. When AOS first dropped it was great to have the freedom to take anything you wanted and let to some crazy lists. Battleline ruined that IMO and only stifles people's creativity. From a balance point of view the missions do a good job of ensuring you need a semi balanced list to compete anyway.
