  1. Is the warpcog convocation 1 drop? Meaning the 1 arch warlock + the 2-5 enginecovens is treated as 1 drop?
  2. Can a single skaven hero port itself through a gnawhole? Or do you need another skaven hero within 1" of it to port another Skaven hero.
  3. Hey guys, doing a local tournament in two weeks. Nothing serious, it's more of a practice tournament/hangout with friends. Made a list, would like opinions on how you think it will do LEADERS Thanquol on Boneripper (400) - General - Lore of Ruin : Warpgale Warlock Bombardier (100) - Lore of Warpvolt Galvanism : More-more-more Warp Power! Warlock Engineer (100) - Lore of Warpvolt Galvanism : More-more-more Warp Power! UNITS 20 x Clanrats (120) - Rusty Blade 20 x Clanrats (120) - Rusty Blade 20 x Clanrats (120) - Rusty Blade 6 x Stormfiends (520) WAR MACHINES Warp Lightning Cannon (180) Warp Lightning Cannon (180) ENDLESS SPELLS Warp Lightning Vortex (100) Bell of Doom (40) Soulsnare Shackles (20) TOTAL: 2000/2000
  4. Hey guys, have any of you Tzeentch players encountered this issue before? We stumbled upon something when facing Tzeentch. The opponent had Curseling, Eye of Tzeentch. I casted Warp Lightning Vortex, and Curseling managed to dispell it. It states in the Curseling warscroll: "Each time a Curseling successfully unbinds an enemy spell, he can immediately attempt to cast it himself even though it is your opponent’s hero phase. If this spell is cast, your opponent cannot attempt to unbind it." But, on the Warp Lightning Vortex warscroll it states: "Summon Warp Lightning Vortex has a casting value of 8. Only Skaventide Wizards can attempt to cast this spell." So the question is, would the Curseling be able to cast the Vortex? Would he need the modell himself? Would he need to set off 100 points to be able to recast it? Would he be able to cast it even the spell states "Skaventide Wizards only"?
  5. Asked the same question on the Skaven facebook page, so many different answers, I'm just confused;p
  6. Hey guys, been playing tons of AoS this easter, lot's of 2v2, some 1v1. Anyway! The more experienced player on my team meant that we would not be able to cast it, cause it's stated as Skaventide Wizards only.
  7. Hey guys. Stumbled over something here. Can you retreat with the doomwheel, and roll over units while retreating?
  8. Anyone tried comparing 6 and 9 Jezzails? How they preform compared to each other. Will be having my first skaven game this easter, just curious!:)
  9. Hey peeps, another noob question to the experienced players:) I noticed people taking more more warp power spell, for each warlock engineer. Say you have 3 engineers, they take 3 more more warp power spells, 1 for each engi. Is this allowed? I thought you could only pick one spell for each of the 3 skryre spells.
  10. Regarding the Verminlords, since there are 5 different ones, what do you guys do if say you built it as Warpseer, but you want to take Verminking, do you just proxy the model? And build the one Vermindlord you think look the coolest? Rather not buy 5 Vermindlords😂
  11. I'm understanding that 1" is two ranks on 25mm bases. In theory, wouldn't 2" on 25mm be 4 ranks? Seeing someone saying 3 ranks.
  12. Tons of superb info here! Currently assembling a 2k+ Skaven Skryre army. Been wondering about a couple of things. For the Grey Seer, when he does 3D6 cast, does he use a a warpstone token of the stock you rolled for (3 + D3)? Or is it just a explanation on paper. Same goes for Thanquol. If you don't include any skryre units in your list, to get those waprstone tokens, how can he then use a warpstone token? Get what I'm trying to point out?:) Also, wondering why people take clanrats with spears instead of swords, since the swords are easier to get a hit with. Thx in advance:)
  13. Hey guys, just a quick question..been searching the web for this. Are you able to overcharge 2 WLC’s in the same turn, if you have two engineers close to each cannons? One for each cannon.
