  1. speculation on my part, but if it is a model release Plastic Tyrant/ Butcher a named character a Gobbapalooza style kit for Maneaters a big centerpiece model something akin to a giant ironblaster or scraplauncher style unit scrapyard terrain piece
  2. Going by the army grouping when AoS 2.0 came out, I think any army that had a battletome previously probably won't get merge but get a stormcast expansion treatment except for maybe Clan Pestilens and Everchosen
  3. well to be honest I think Eldritch council is probably an army that I think will get phased out because of what up with the plastic Swordmasters being in the spire of dawn box and all. the Archmage on dragon would probably ended up with Order Draconis if the kit survives that said I think what help BoC was the fact that they had the new Tzaangors in them, even then I doubt it was a selling like hotcake situation.
  4. welp guess it back to idle speculation time. since a lot of Dispossessed stuff are out of stock right now (warriors, Thunderers, Drakes and Breakers) must be a reboxing for the upcoming Battletome: the Grudge Lords
  5. hmm I would have thought they would keep Darkling Coven since those models are not as old. understandably phoenix and wanderers would survive since they have player bases, Scourge privateers has been given a lot of development from GW as well speculation I could have swear people bought the dragon blades and cold ones for conversion purposes for Blood knights and Saurus riders
  6. well that good news, I though if Cancon was able let Gitz in then LVO had enough wiggle room to do the same
  7. wasn't the LVO cut off date before the Gloomspite release, so the battletome can't be use at the event or at least that what I heard from the Frontline gaming show but I could be mistaken?
  8. I think it because GW said on their article that they had more exciting news for those two armies in the coming weeks so it implies that it not that far out. granted we are all assuming it new battletomes and maybe new model release, but it could honestly be much smaller than that or that the exciting news ends up that white dwarf has a segment for those two armies in one of the issues.
  9. that not counting the possibility of releasing different Stormhost into becoming their own army like space marine chapters are in 40k
  10. you forgot Gitmob though they are also in the same state as Greenskinz if not outright gone at this point in time.
  11. Eh, I am not sure it that clear it could be just as unlikely, if we follow trends, Beastclaw and the Gutbuster have always been stated as different entry when AoS 2.0 came out by GW, unlike BoC and Gloomspite who where lump together to begin with. Bonesplitterz and Ironjawz are also considered separate army too and I wouldn't want to merge them just because I consider it kind of lazy.
  12. the problem is that he is more likely to ignore the spell effect with his Magic resistance that goes off on a 4+ before he get the chance to dispel it. unless it optional to roll for it and you want to strategically be able to dispel it.
  13. unless it mean he dispels it and all the damage it did becomes undone
  14. the old empire wizards (blight, gold. amethyst ect) that where in Collegiate Arcane, they are in the last chance to buy section in the US store right now. (and totally gone in the UK one)
  15. Hmm the one that seem most alarming in the last chance to buy section are the battlemages, who I believe are currently are plastic models. Battleforce box where always a limited release but I though they would around a little bit longer.
  16. actually they are now max unit size of 18 for 210pts
  17. I think he mean by battletome lore and fluff
  18. ????? you do know what Made to order is right? it has nothing to do with lore, it just old models from WHF being made one last time for collectors
  19. I not putting anything on the rumor I am just hypothesising why people buy those certain, I know a lot people use that Flagellant set for the head and conversion and other buy it because Total War Warhammer Flagellant where pretty baller. of course you could have been the unlucky one who bought that army range because the Excesior Warpriest came out and people thought Devoted was going to be an army because of it.
  20. well the Flagellants are sold out in the US store, so someone out there is buying them.
  21. well BCR are noted to be one of the cheapest army to build and appease people that want the convivence of a lower count armies, plus they are good at stomping people in casual game environment not sure about Devoted of Sigmar, could be people bought a lot of the War altar kit because it looks cool and it Volkmar.
  22. Flesh eater are still their own thing separate from LON and Nighthaunt though and currently still are. also the big difference between Orks and Ogors are that one fight out of pure violent instinct other is because they are always hungry and need to fight to eat stuff. beside it look like those two ranges are being phased out right now.
  23. Poster things? I mean most people wouldn't know that Hell I didn't know recently that Chaos space marine where born from human slave incubators, Skaven breed by having a one night stand with a Warp-laced naked mole rats, and Slann are aliens
  24. TBH most people I know in the hobby don't go to much into the lore and background to argue that Stormcast eternal or Space marines are not human. it mainly oh a very muscular super sexy bad ass human in golden power armor, that is so awesome I want to have an army of them.
