Rat Ogres Warpfire Guns

This one is probably a matter of how gamey you are but...when fielding rat ogres, how many are you all giving warpfire guns to? I have been  going with one in three as picture them as an occasional thing, rather than them being strapped to every individual.

I am I doing myself out of my rightful quota for the sake of being fluffy?

No cost to field them all with the guns and considering the filth out there my rats get every benefit possible

i know what you mean though, fluff wise they would be unlikely all to have them.

They only hit on 5s though and you're probably only going to get to shoot once or twice because rat ogres are hitty enough that they need to die. So I see no issue with just saying that all your rat ogres have them. Far scarier things out there in AOS.

For shooting storm fiends are better. So have you been playing you can just claim they have it even though they aren't built with it?

i found a box NIS at a local store in that box you get two rat ogres one with the gun one without

I only have a few with guns, though I stuck drawing pins on the ends of the arms to have more guns It's not much of a game breaker unless they're to hit roll is buffed, and you won't shoot much with them anyway as they'll hopefully be in combat

Yep @Thor0298 I played the last game as if they all had guns.

 

@rjward1999 you can still shoot when you're in combat in AoS.  You can shoot the unit you're fighting or another unit within range.  It doesn't matter what else you're up to!

The group I play with is kind of sticklers with the wysiwyg type stuff. Some glued a booster on and they were ok with that.  Kind of silly
