GG are the only good destruction army. They even killed my Beastclaw Raiders. I feel if I start GG or IDK my jynx will follow me and destroy those armies.

Yeah if my KO rules aren't great I'm quitting GW completely. They wrecked Tau early in 8th for a long time, they destroyed a new army (deathwatch) with primaris lore and models, and they even going to mess up dark eldar with Ynaari at some point. If my KO isn't good it doesn't even have to be overpowered just above average around 8/10 it will be enough to keep me around but I doubt it.

KO are about to get stomped on with ****** rules. I have a bad feeling about this. Still no dice, no terrain, no endless spells equivalent, and a big Tzeentch bias. Yeap if the rules are bad we officially know GW hates us.

Told you Tzeentch would get more. I dunno if I said it here or in the KO thread but point stands lol. We still didn't get any Kharadron Ovelord dice. They also get endless spells and we only get one new model. Great, my hopes for the book are lowered significantly.

Other than having green skin and being orcs the two model ranges visually look about as compatible as cave man paintings and modern art.

No to souping new armies they don't fit at all. I am still mad they did it to IJ instead of giving them a big update.

I really dislike small armies. Man the gloomspite gits and some other armies are spoiled for options at this point. All the smaller armies need two more waves (at some point in AoS long existence) and I will be happy. There are only so many new factions I can ever see myself playing and I feel eventually GW is going to hit a point of diminishing returns with constantly adding small new factions. At some point people will have all the armies they will want. Heck I already feel that way now. I can't see myself collecting anything else other than KO, IDK, and GG.

I know KO is getting a single new model and many have but it's simply not enough to get excited about. With some armies being small like ours, IDK, Fyreslayers, and many more when will GW get to wave 2 on all these small armies with much bigger updates that expand the ranges? I feel like even the best rules changes in the world simply won't make up for having small and limited rosters to collect.

How long until AoS specific armies get their big wave 2 updates? I feel like all of them are so limited. I know we are getting a hero up there but remain unconvinced it will be all that big a deal honestly. The same can be said for pretty much any smaller army too. Are we ever getting expanded?

I really like this new model.

If they tease it this early sometime in January I guess. D-day is here will we be buffed? Or once again nerfed?

Well time to see how nerfed we are boys. They did the absolute minimal they could for us. I’m not expecting massive unit profile overhauls like we’ll now need with only a new hero.

Honestly yes I think so. Tiering is about sorting out the best. I feel "fun" is too relative a word and thing to be tiered. Some people don’t care if they never win in their lives and have fun. Other people like tabling noobs. Others like being good sportsmanship.

That paints a grim picture for ko. Try can only barely win 2-3 games, there are fewer people recording game of them and brining this little data compared to other races, and likely the few people who do are highly skilled people. They also have one of the worst top 10 rates around. My meta is cutthroat here. I wish I could play casual games but KO are simply not good enough here. At the same time you will find a lot of KO complaints isn’t just how bad the army it it’s the weird focus on troop spam. Are whole thing is fleets and we want those ships on the table and to be actually good. It would be like releasing a demons codex with all demons being bad and needing to take mortal spam or something. I hate when they keep decreasing our points values and making us a horde army too. These models are hard to transport and I would instead like them to be worth their points instead.

GW's fault for making it and tricking us if they felt that. If they don't want shooting to be strong update us with proper melee units to help us. Sucks the ships will die in the fire but at least we'll be balanced and a good faction again,

No rumors or picks of KO. Allegedly getting book in February. I got a bad feeling KO are going to be dunked on and lolz tier for another 4 years then GW will use it as an excuse to squat them. At this point KO fans have been dragged through the mud and expect the worst.

I forget at the moment. I haven’t kept up with the scene for obvious reasons. Oh Idoneth deepkin is a tier but not s. Gloomspire Gits a solid b.

Kharadron are one of only 2 F tier (by a mile) factions. It’s pretty widely known. Most others are midtiers with a few broken armies. I don’t see our prospects improving with a new book.

As if GW will give ko anything. I’m still expecting to have to burn my army with the next book because rules will be terrible for 4 more years.

Only 3 ancient grogs care about this news here and we have a huge warhammer scene here. We also have lots of Sigmar players they far outnumber the fantasy players. 3fantasy players and like 20 AoS players here. I know it’s only my store but the same ratio at the other store in town. Definitely not going to be a thing here.
