Is the Warpgnaw Verminlord still legal to play? Seems like a really good deal at 275p with the new book if that's the case

Hello! I am building a BoC army and considering going heavy into Tzaangors/Enlightened. Does anyone know what happens when tzeentch get their new book? I assume they might get changed a lot (especially enlightened with their rerolls) so do they also get changed for BoC?
