There's something about the nomad prince model I don't like so I made a conversion this was my first time really using green stuff for sculpting and not just gap filling and attaching magnets.

Sisters of the thorn are a fairly mobile wizard and a frost phoenix might be ok for the -1 to wound aura from a cities perspective you usually take stormcast for something durable or heavy hitting since thats somewhat scarce in the cities book, if your doing stormkeep your losing some mobility from scions of storm so shadow warriors could also be a consideration to get some of that back. Chariots are also pretty cheap for how much space they take up they dont really do much besides blocking tho

It's unfortunate LC took a pretty big hit w. stma being nerfed and sylvaneth wizards summon tree being moved from warscroll to battle trait. It's looking pretty hard to build a thematic list now especially one that doesn't revolve around shooting. I think perhaps the biggest struggle w. allarielle/TLA list would be that you then have to fit in 6 cities/sc units in that remaining 800 points. That being said might be able to do some ok sylvaneth stuff using lady of vines as a mobile tree and scythe kurnoth hunters to make objectives overgrown.

I don't think the TLA is bad for his points but his problem is there's a lot of good heros in our book in the same price range that makes him harder to take

With 2 inch coherency a squad of 5 can block a pretty large area, could make a decent screen that has a chance to not die doing it but like you said probably overcosted for that purpose. I think they're biggest problem overall is if your opponent has any shooting they would melt to that so any effective use of them would just make them a target anyways. I do love the models and hope theres some synergy I'm missing, don't have book in hand yet just watched a page by page breakdown of it.

That's kind of what I figured seems somewhat unfortunate to have an option to run treelord army now and nerf them like that.

Sorry if this has already been asked but can only 1 tree stomp now? The wording seems slightly ambiguous as to wether stomp is a rampage or just using it stops you from using a rampage.

The new archers from sylvanteth might have some use for us since most of our shooting is fairly immobile and they seem to patch up that weakness.

The back of the box they come in calls them sisters of avelorn I assume thats what the kit was called in fantasy

In the aos app a sorceress can select spells from the lore of umbral spite in addition to the lore of the appropriate city, is this an error in the app or is there a rule that allows that?

Is there anbody who has a stardrake and kazari/khrondys who could tell me if it would be feasible to fit kazari/khrondys on a stardrake base? Thinking about adding a stardrake to my living city list but I don't really like the model so am thinking about a conversion I saw they were fairly close in height in a size comparison but its hard to see the relative footprint. Thanks

I've been thinking about getting a Nomad Prince but I'm not a huge fan of the model specifically the face, I've been using an old wood elf hero as a proxy but I was wondering if anyone has any good conversion Ideas for a Nomad Prince could be a simple head swap or a full conversion poked around and couldn't find a lot of unhelmeted heads that would look wood elfy but possible I missed something. Appreciate any ideas.
